It integrates smoothly with popular platforms like Google Calendar and Office 365, saving us hours of custom coding, as most of the differences and perks between them are handled by Cronofy. The timezone handling is a notable feature, especially when coordinating with remote teams. For our product, GDPR compliance and encryption standards are a must and Cronofy has shown that they take it seriously. After months of trying to get Nylas to work, reporting multiple bugs to their developers, and more, we finally looked at Cronofy again. Their sales team were quick to respond, and offered us pricing that made sense for where our app was at. It was so easy to use, and we were even able to implement it and get it into production in under two weeks. The calendar connection is set up with a few simple clicks and nobody has to waste time on interview scheduling anymore. Our teams are also making use of Cronofy outside of our video recruitment platform to schedule meetings with partners, clients and colleagues. Scheduling meetings with partners and clients should also be as easy as possible, especially if several persons are included. Via the Outlook Add-On, a scheduling link can be created in seconds. That doesn't seem to be a Cronofy Scheduler problem (you can specify that all-day events show up as "free") but more specific to something in my calendar software. It's easy to see in the Chrome extension when this happens and not really a common issue. **What problems is Cronofy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Endless cycles of back-and-forth with clients or stakeholders about "what time works for you?" "should we do zoom or audio?" etc. You can just set your preferences for conferencing, they pick a time, and a conference room in your favorite system gets set up for that time complete with calendar invites. Cronofy pulls your availability from your calendar(s), and allows you to integrate the video calling solutions. Cronofy also has options to - Create static scheduling links or send a single-use link; - Pool multiple individuals as a group to offer the earliest availability of any of the members - Is coming out with sequencing features to enable complex meeting flows (think rounds of interviews). In response to our feedback, Cronofy made it possible to default all events to private to protect patient identities and information by making the meeting information confidential and only visible to the meeting attendees while still showing that you are busy on your calendar.
