# Top-rated customer relationship management software for mid-size businesses

 Hey G2 community,  I’m in the process of narrowing down CRM options for a mid-size B2B company (~150 employees), and I’m hoping to get some input from others in similar shoes. We’re looking for a platform that’s not just good for tracking sales and contacts, but also strong when it comes to reporting, automation, and integrations with our existing tools (marketing automation, support desk, etc.).  While browsing G2, I found a few highly rated options that seem like a strong fit:   HubSpot CRM – Great reviews for ease of use and all-in-one functionality.  Salesforce Sales Cloud – Enterprise-grade, but I’m curious how complex the implementation is.  Zoho CRM – Seems highly customizable and cost-effective.  Nimble – Looks interesting for smaller teams with a social focus.  Insightly – Gets solid marks for project management alongside CRM.   Would love to hear from anyone using these at a mid-size org—what’s worked, what didn’t, and anything you wish you knew before committing. Bonus points if you’ve evaluated more than one and can speak to the trade-offs.     Thanks in advance!
