when something doesn't work. it takes a while to resolve. also the user manual are not the best. too many technical language used. if the manual were easier to read. people could solve issue themselves rather than contact MHR support, which sometimes takes a while for it to be resolved. MHR iTrent is one of the top apps I have used as an HR and it has a beautiful interface that is simple and elegant. Navigation is easy as well the multi functions it offers. Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downsides of MHR iTrent is the fact that it takes a long time for it to load but once it's on it is amazing. You need to be patient for about 30 minutes as you wait for the application to fully operate but it is worth the wait in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
