**What do you like best about iTrent?**

I like iTrent because it combines HR management, payroll, and employee data in one system, making it easier to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently. It helps keep all employee-related information organized and accessible, which is useful for small business operations where managing HR tasks efficiently is important. I find it very useful for managing HR, payroll, and employee data all in one place.

**What do you dislike about iTrent?**

One area that could be improved is the navigation. Sometimes it feels a bit complex, especially when trying to find specific features quickly. Sometimes the menu structure isn't very intuitive and it takes extra time to locate specific features or settings. For example, when managing payroll or updating employee details, I often have to go through multiple sections instead of accessing everything from a single clear dashboard. Also, some options are not clearly labeled, which can be confusing.

**What problems is iTrent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use iTrent to centralize HR operations, simplifying payroll and employee data management. It saves time from manual tasks and confusion by integrating everything needed for workforce management.

It's bright and easy, very much like a social network platform so it's very familar these days to navigate

It should have more customisation options for users profiles

It's easy to book holiday time off work with iTrent as it's so simple and good

**What do you like best about iTrent?**

iTrent provides a multi tasking platform, and I used it for HR management.  I liked its ease of use and the way it has been integrated.

**What do you dislike about iTrent?**

its little expensive also at times its interface feels hard to navigate.

**What problems is iTrent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iTrent develops and maintains reports of its users, which can be used for their performance review and we used to find gaps for training with that.

**What do you like best about iTrent?**

The integration options for Applicant Tracking Systems so HR, Payroll and Resourcing departments can collaborate effectively and efficiently on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

**What do you dislike about iTrent?**

I dislike the search function, When you search to add a candidate to a postion it feels and looks like i could be selecting any/the wrong position as the same name.

**What problems is iTrent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with our Applicant Tracking System saves me so much time on a weekly basis when it comes to Payroll cut off, I don't need to manually input all the information.

**What do you like best about iTrent?**

Itrent works great. i like how you can build it to suit your company's needs. I like the work flow and how user friendly it is.

**What do you dislike about iTrent?**

when something doesn't work. it takes a while to resolve. also the user manual are not the best. too many technical language used. if the manual were easier to read. people could solve issue themselves rather than contact MHR support, which sometimes takes a while for it to be resolved. This becomes difficult if your issue is urgent.

very good system and will work according to your needs

I have nothing at the moment. We are currrenly discussing how to use the system to work with us better

**What do you like best about iTrent?**

The software lowers payroll cost and paper processing with digital workflow and authorisation,enhances openness for the user with employees,e-planning and access to their data through mobile devices.The system improves payroll efficiency with batch chedulling ,net-to -gross calculation pensions, reform compliance auto enrolment and retrospection.

**What do you dislike about iTrent?**

The software is subscription based hence may be costy to the potential user.

**Recommendations to others considering iTrent:**

The software stands the  very best since ,it accounts any new legal payroll requirement,keep up to date with any legistlative changes hence I highly recommend it to anyone.

**What problems is iTrent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system enhances efficiency ,pay employees correctly and on time ,no matter how complecated the company structure may tend to bei.It visualizes displays of user's informations to keep data simple and digitalizes processes such as pension scheme  elnrolment,holiday allowance,expense claims,manage flexible benefits and rewards from entitlement and benefits selection to ongoing administration and payments.

**What do you like best about iTrent?**

MHR iTrent is one of the top apps I have used as an HR and it has a beautiful interface that is simple and elegant. Navigation is easy as well the multi functions it offers. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about iTrent?**

The downsides of MHR iTrent is the fact that it takes a long time for it to load but once it's on it is amazing. You need to be patient for about 30 minutes as you wait for the application to fully operate but it is worth the wait in my opinion.

If you are considering MHR iTrent, factor in your time and your work schedule to make sure that it is right for you.

**What problems is iTrent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With MHR iTrent, I am solving many problems such as easily completing HR work to help manage my company. I have realized that MHR iTrent has given me more time to associate with my colleagues and employees to help better understand them.
