By being able to contain all steps required to advertise, review, interview, hire and onboard within the system has made our recruitment process monumentally more efficient. The process of implementing the system was super smooth. Really love the way implementation is conducted by the system users, but with consistent and attentive support from our Customer Success Manager. I cannot express enough gratitude to Rachel, our CSM, who has been truly fantastic. So helpful, so knowledgeable, and ensured she really understood our needs to best advise on how the system should be set up at each stage. Since going live, we have been able to post multiple jobs, with a lot of internal positive feedback about how easy the system is to use. And seeing how many interested potential future candidates are registering with the talent pipeline, it's great to see the increase of engagement with our careers page and number of applicants for live jobs! Also wanted to note how much I like the continuous feature development - this isn't a stagnent ATS which will get left in the past, definitely one which will grow with industry requirements - in fact, probably lead them! As an internal recruiter, I love how customisable every stage of the recruitment process is within Pinpoint. Creating templates, sign-off workflows and scorecards allows me to create a positive candidate process whether we are doing high volume or smaller hires. It cuts out a lot of the administrative legwork and I LOVE being able to book in several candidates for interviews with a single click, whilst providing them with a 'personlised' experience. When things dont go right, the live chat with the support team comes to the rescue. They are always available when I need them, and communicate well in advance if they are going to be unavailable due to public holidays etc. The on-demand help videos were super usefule when I started out too. I can also see that the regular updates and improvements come directly from customer feedback, so it feels like you are using something great that is constantly getting better. For example, LinkedIn is still not fully there when it comes to tracking where applications come from. Also the Reporting side of things is still a bit confusing, but that may be down to user error! Also, whilst the customisation of templates si great, it would be helpful to be able to build a one-off interview style within the job window rather than go through the template screen and then back into the job screen once you are done. As part of the recruitment team, we use Pinpoint daily and I find it an incredibly useful tool to manage day to day recruitment. Pinpoint is a fantastic system that is being improved on frequently. Pinpoint is highly customisable, which is very important for my team. Processes such as requisitions and getting roles approved are seamless and easy to monitor. I also love the candidate view, especially during interviews, it makes it easy to view CVs, collect interview notes and check candidate information easily. The ability to create the website is also outstanding as well as the onboarding platform. Pinpoint worked extremly hard to support with integration to our HR system - this was not an easy process for us but this was absolutely not due to Pinpoint. The support provided is outstanding, i've never waited longer than 24 hours for response to an issue, the team go above and beyond to help and even seek support from the dev team which is very impressive. There's nothing that i particularly dislike about the system although there are room for improvements which the teams are working on such as: Insight hub - small but for reporting it would be useful to select things like YTD. I chose to implement Pinpoint when I started my new role because software has been built with a lot of thought behind it. It has clearly been informed by people who have had their struggles with systems that are unintuitively built, frustrating to use, and require multiple clicks to achieve a single action. Everything from creating job descriptions to having sharing links on the same job page make it super easy to find whatever you need within Pinpoint. One of the best features is the automatic creation of calendar events in the interviewer's diary, confidentially i.e. no publicly visible names/details, with a link to the candidate's Pinpoint profile when a candidate books a timeslot. This is automatically done by the candidate who has direct access to the interviewer's integrated calendar, and then the candidate also automatically receives an invitation with the video call link. This is the most seamless interview arranging process I've ever experienced. You are able to move multiple candidates between stages and communicate with multiple candidates as a time all with a couple of clicks. Finally, you can request references with one click because Pinpoint integrates directly with our referencing sotware. Pinpoint allows a equitable approach to our recruitment process that helps reduce bias that can occur. As I have begun to learn Pinpoint, I have utilized their Customer Support and Services. I had a question in regards to a feature that did not seem to be working. Over the course of 36 hours, I had 4 people reviewing and communicating with me about the problem, progress, and notification of my messages and questions. They communicated as a team and were able to handle my inquiry with knowledge. Oneway I would like to track applicants from the last time I logged in is the tab that mentions the amount of applicants since my last log in. When I clicked on it, depsite the number saying "15," there were no applicants to be shown. When I brought this to their attention, they immediately responded, sent it to IT and came back with a response within 12 hours.
