**What do you like best about Cintra?**

I think the due diligence with the Cintra made everything great for us to work with.

**What do you dislike about Cintra?**

I mean, there is not much  but onboarding process should have been shorter.

**Recommendations to others considering Cintra:**

I'd definitely recommend them.

**What problems is Cintra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are collaborating with Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud and Cintra was a great help in terms of streamlining the process and all the other thing related.
