What do you like best about Pinpoint?

We have been using PinPoint for just over 3 years and have had a fantastic experience from the very beginning. The implementation of both the ATS and onboarding modules was easy and smooth. The system is incredibly intuitive, everything is exactly where you'd expect it to be, and the functions are logical and easy to use.

The clean, user-friendly interface has made it easy to roll out to hiring managers, and giving them the right level of access is simple and straightforward. One of the standout aspects has been the support we've received as our account manager and the wider support team have been brilliant. Responses to queries are usually received within minutes, and the guides provided are clear and easy to follow.

The system is continuously improving, with helpful updates that genuinely add value. The onboarding module, in particular, has transformed our process, allowing us to go completely paperless and offering a smooth, seamless experience for new hires.

What do you dislike about Pinpoint?

What do you like best about Pinpoint?

I use Pinpoint as an ATS system and I love how it creates a streamlined approach to recruitment, making it incredibly easy to screen candidates. It acts as a great overall service in managing the recruitment process. The ease of use is one of my favorite aspects, allowing me to carry out tasks efficiently. The candidate screening feature is especially valuable; it's straightforward and enables me to achieve quick results while maintaining accuracy. Additionally, the initial setup of Pinpoint was very easy, which added to a smooth transition from our previous tool, Landed.
