It easily automates social recruiting while keeping everything data driven. It is also easy to manage. It takes very little time to create and launch job campaigns, and the platform also handles audience targeting, optimization, and performance tracking on its own. It also significantly reduces manual labour for the HR team allowing us to focus more on strategic hiring and candidate engagement. Some advanced features have a slight learning curve, particularly for new users. Some customisation options like fine-tuning creatives, and automated messages can be more user-friendly.
