**What do you like best about Adway?**

It easily automates social recruiting while keeping everything data driven. It is also easy to manage. It takes very little time to create and launch job campaigns, and the platform also handles audience targeting, optimization, and performance tracking on its own. It also significantly reduces manual labour for the HR team allowing us to focus more on strategic hiring and candidate engagement. The real-time analytics and smooth ATS integration allow us to measure the impact and manage the entire hiring funnel from one place.

**What do you dislike about Adway?**

Some advanced features have a slight learning curve, particularly for new users. Some customisation options like fine-tuning creatives, and automated messages can be more user-friendly. Although the templates are useful, they are a bit generic and require additional modifications to match organization's employer branding.

**What problems is Adway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of managing social recruiting across multiple platforms in a simple manner. It saves our HR team a lot of time and manual labour. It automates job campaigns, targeting, performance-tracking. It allows us to efficiently reach the right candidates and focus more on engaging with the talent instead of managing ads.

**What do you like best about Adway?**

It's simple and efficient. We're a small team. Adway gives us the help we need to succeed. Their experience covers where we lack experience. We see Adway as a partner and that's the way we like to cooperate. The customer support is great.

**What do you dislike about Adway?**

Sometimes the system chooses the wrong picture or the wrong text with the picture, which means that we have to check to be sure it looks okay before you put the ad into social media.

Automated tool for recruitment marketing and with the settings we have made, we can spend time on other things, meanwhile our promoted job ads reach our target groups.

**What do you dislike about Adway?**

The generated emails to promote your job ad can be a little confusing for the user not using Adway on a regular basis.

Reach our target groups for a higher converting rate.

**What do you like best about Adway?**

Adway is great as it makes a previouly long winded and manual process really easy for our recruiters to setup and publish social campaigns and it ensures all the branding and audience segmentation is on point. The support team at adway are fab and made the whole onbaording and setup really easy.

**What do you dislike about Adway?**

some of the templates are generic but you can upload your own if needed

we have a large team of recruiters who arent talent attraction experts but adway allows them to setup social media campaigns in a really quick and easy way

**What do you like best about Adway?**

What I appreciate most about Adway is their holistic approach to talent attraction that unlocks entire available workforce, not just active job seekers. It seamlessly integrates with our ATS (SAP SuccessFactors) and career page and enables us to take full control of our data and strategic TA investments. 

The combination of targeting talent on social media combined with automated nurturing to maximise on quality applications has helped us increase our fill-rate and decrease our time-to-hire hugely! And we’re boosting our employer brand at the same time! It’s the proactive, data-driven approach we’ve been looking for.

**What do you dislike about Adway?**

Initially, I was skeptical about the reliance on automation and social media. The concern was that automation might lead to a less personalised approach to recruitment and that we wouldn’t find the talent we required on social platforms. 

However, this initial doubt was proved wrong. Adway’s efficient social media targeting means we have a steady stream of filled talent pools keeping us 3 steps ahead of the game and cutting back on heavy manual tasks has meant my team has more time to invest in giving great candidates the attention they need.

**What problems is Adway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adway solves key recruitment challenges by proactively unlocking the entire available workforce, not just active job seekers. This has positively impacted our time-to-hire, fill-rate and the quality and diversity of our applicants. 
Enhanced efficiency, an improvement of the candidate experience, and the facilitation of data-driven decisions has ensured we meet the growth goals of the company.
