What do you like best about CSI?

We use CSI at our Recreation facility for many things, including member management/check-in, program registration, billing, and point of sale transactions. For these purposes, CSI is straightforward to use. Once a member is entered into the system, it is easy to navigate from one function to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CSI?

One of the must frustrating things about CSI is the inability to link the software to other tools we use, such as Mailchimp for email marketing or our app platform, Upace. CSI doesn't have an easy way to link to other platforms OR to directly send communications to members, especially when it comes to retention marketing. It would be nice to send targeted email/messages to members based on their engagement at the facility, but we have no streamlined way to do that without downloading huge spreadsheets and manually looking through data. What do you like best about CSI?

I wish I had some positive comments about this software, but we have found nothing but issues when using it. I suppose the only positive was the price when we compared to other programs that can do the same... however in my opinion it's worth paying more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CSI?

It has been a very inconsistent when we use it, reports seem to result differently every time we run them and never line up with our accounting department's records to the point of us not trusting any of the recorded information in the system. What do you like best about CSI?

I dislike that it is difficult to determine if a user is linked to another user easily. With many transactions, it's vital to know relationships and this software can make that difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the operations of this system are pretty self explanatory. You don't have to troubleshoot for hours just to figure out the task you are trying to perform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CSI?

What do you like best about CSI?

I like that you can track all of your activity & it helps you stay on top of your prospect calls. This software also helps you create daily call sheets to help you stay on track & organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CSI?

I dislike that you cannot schedule a follow up call for members. I also dislike that there is no spell check & that you cannot go back in to edit a note. Only select employees can do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
