It’s very comprehensive, with a large set of test questions to choose from, and they work across multiple languages. It saves me a heap of time figuring out who can actually code and who’s just faking it. **What do you dislike about Coderbyte for Employers?** Pricing for small business is a bit rough. If you are hiring for many roles, the pricing is a bargain. Also, the pay per candidate option is OK if you are sending out a comprehensive test to a final few candidates. As a small business, hiring one person every couple of years, it is expensive. **What problems is Coderbyte for Employers solving and how is that benefiting you?** Testing which candidates can write code and who is pretending. Bought for one month, then cancelled but it would be nice to see something a bit more tailored. **What problems is Coderbyte for Employers solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting an idea of a candidates skills before hiring them, and also as a way to narrow down applicants before a formal interview.
