**What do you like best about Reed.co.uk?**

Easy to work with, regular updates with relevant information
CV database and job slots make it easy to recruit
Easy to use and works well with our application tracking system
implementation was simple
Customer support from the reed team is brilliant - frequent updates sent 
The team use the system daily
Integrates well with Vacancy poster pulling candidates into our database

Database doesn't always have the candidates we're looking for

**What do you like best about Reed.co.uk?**

The best thing about reed is the fact they have a number of CV's of candidates. They also have a pool of candidates constantly being refreshed daily if not hourly.

**What do you dislike about Reed.co.uk?**

It's a negative but it is what it is, every agency has access to same CV's you do.

**What problems is Reed.co.uk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reed helps solve the problem of identifing talent. The CV's have no information extracted so you can verify all the information with potential candidates you look to engage with.
