TestDome is fantastic. It has been a game-changer for screening applicants when we are hiring. We tailor the exams to test for skills that are important for our team members to have for various positions. Applicants must achieve a passing score before we will interview them. I don't like that you can't set test expiration dates for each individual candidate with the "Invite by URL" option, and must use the "Invite by Email" option to do that. It saves us a ton of time during hiring process. Earlier we scheduled 30 min interviews with around 50% of candidates, now we send out the test before and afterwards only have interviews with 10% of the candidates.
