Pinpoint is easy to use, very intuitive. Their recent addition of AI features has been really beneficial.

Pinpoint is very customizable and easy to use. The chat aspect in Pinpoint has been a HUGE help when I have a quick question. They respond within minutes.

I like how customizable Pinpoint is. It allows me to build things how I want them, whether it's scorecards, AI review, hiring processes, our careers page, or candidate communications. Essentially, everything can be built to be exactly as I want it. I also think the experience that hiring managers, interviewers, and interviewees receive is phenomenal. Candidates get a lot of touch points through the messaging you can build and have the opportunity to easily communicate with us. In addition, it makes the hiring process so much easier for our hiring managers and interviewers. The initial setup of Pinpoint was incredibly easy and fast.
