I use Pinpoint for all my requisitions, jobs, and hiring. It's incredibly easy to use, and I find it to be one of my favorite ATSs to work with. The ease of use and configurability stand out, allowing me to make applications concise and informative for candidates. I especially appreciate the ability to configure templates and emails, which has greatly improved my recruitment cycle and candidate experience. My candidates have responded positively over the two years I've been using it, especially appreciating the nice follow-up emails they receive. I also like how we can connect to other platforms like LinkedIn and Rippling through Pinpoint. The team before me liked how easy it was to configure and maneuver, reaffirming my own experience. I even recommend it to other organizations and have successfully convinced a merging organization to keep using Pinpoint because of how beneficial it is. Finally, the support is A++! They are incredibly responsive and helpful and quite honestly, the best support I have seen in an ATS in a long time!
