I use MindCloud to sync between Jetbuilt and both Xero and Microsoft 365, which really helps in reducing data entry into multiple platforms and automates data migration between them. I find the customer service experience to be top-notch. They were flexible in scheduling and deployment, which is a big plus for me since I wear many different hats at work and lead many people. Switching to Mindcloud has completely transformed our operations. As an IPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), it delivers enterprise-level API integration with unmatched ease of use—far superior to our previous solution, Celigo.

Before Mindcloud, we spent 2–4 hours daily troubleshooting stuck data across platforms. Now, our integrations run smoothly with minimal intervention, freeing up valuable time and reducing operational stress. The platform is intuitive enough that I personally learned to read JavaScript and now make coding adjustments myself—something I never thought I’d be doing.

1. Mindcloud is still a relatively young company, which means some features are evolving and documentation can be light in places. But that agility works in our favor—they’re highly responsive, open to feedback, and willing to prioritize our needs. We get the kind of personalized attention that’s rare with larger vendors.

2. While the platform is user-friendly, building more advanced flows or making custom code adjustments does require some technical learning. That said, the experience has been empowering—I picked up JavaScript just to work within Mindcloud, and now I can troubleshoot and enhance flows myself. It’s a steep curve, but the payoff is real autonomy.

3.Mindcloud doesn’t rely heavily on rigid prebuilt templates like some competitors. At first, this meant more setup work, but it ultimately gave us the flexibility to build flows tailored to our exact business logic. We’re not boxed into generic solutions—we’re building smarter, leaner integrations.

On behalf of my client I managed an RFQ for a new iPaas partner early this year. My client‘s project includes about 20 connections with seven different end points. As the client’s Project Manager advocating for my client throughout this project, the MindCloud team was challenging to communicate requirements, development statuses, client priorities and testing schedules. During many days of last minute afternoon meetings and hours of pre-deployment calls in which the MindCloud team did not communicate requirements for their solution in other business systems. The MindCloud team did not respond to requests for requirements in other business systems. The team from MindCloud always goes above and beyond their scope of work! We needed some assistance within Hubspot that was not fully related to the work they do for us, and without hesitation, they took the time to walk us through the solution we were looking for. Like most successful businesses, MindCloud is growing. With that comes change for the customers as it related to the support team. There have been a handful of people we have been introduced to over the past few months making it a bit difficult to know who to reach out to for what.
