We like the ease of use for us as well as for our users. It is set up in a way that everyone understands what to  do.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There is nothing I can think of that I dislike. I did have a quick question that representative Key was able to answer with clarity and efficiency. But there is nothing that I dislike.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our problem of needing a registration and payment system for our annual conference. We wanted to have something that would be able to handle our conference of about 250-300 people. We also needed something that handled transactions for our sponsors. This program successfully does that.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I switched over to TicketSpice three years ago from EventBrite and haven't looked back. The fees are smaller, and the site is easy to navigate. Most importantly is the fast and personal customer service. I've had to reach out to the TicketSpice team a few times, and each time I did, the customer service representative made sure my questions were answered. I spoke with Alex regarding a challenge I had with a new payment processing system, and I quickly got a helpful response. I'm a small business owner who appreciates personal and quick assistance – I host events on three businesses I operate.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I have gotten a few glitches in the text formatting (continuity of font style/size) when creating an events page, but that's about it. I like that I can easily duplicate and then edit recurring events.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host multiple events, ranging from 15 attendees in a hands-on workshop to a full-on festival with over 300 attendees at times. The site is easy to use, the customer service and support is efficient and friendly, and the personalization within the ticketing platform lets you stand out. The costs/fees are competitive – I know this is one part of my business where I feel I pay a fair price for the benefits I receive. Refunds/exchanges are easy, and the payout system is painless and fast. I mention TicketSpice to any organization or business that wants these same features.

Ticketspice keeps improving and adding new features. I especially like their reporting function so I can save common reports and also have them sent directly to my email at scheduled intervals.

We have event registration and sell tickets to our event. It is wonderful to only have to learn one product. I also appreciate that they don't charge for free tickets, which we offer to our customers.

It's very simple to add the elements you need into your site.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The reporting system is very clunky. I have to do a ton of testing to make sure I have the site set up in a way that can provide adequate reports without having to compile three different exports into one manually after the fact. Additionally, I would like to be able to allow guests to input their information first before having to purchase tickets when it comes to the flow of the website. For example, in my event page, I would have preferred that my guests select which "spot" they would like to buy before having to input actual ticket information.

It's helping us sell tickets to an event that would otherwise be too hard to manage without a software like this.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I love the flexibility that TicketSpice gives you for campaigns. You have complete control over promos and campaigns. E.g. if you want a promo that only gives you a discount on a specific ticket level, you can customize it. Even down to date and time it starts and ends. My second, but nearly equal favorite thing about TicketSpice is that they don't charge out the ass for fees. Just a dollar a ticket. That is So Reasonable especially compared to Eventbrite or other platforms. Thirdly, if I ever run into something I'm having trouble figuring out, the customer service representatives are on top of it and so helpful. I use TicketSpice for all of our events. I really like having the landing page for it, too. We probably have about four or so events a year. Oh, yeah, and the analytics are really helpful, too!

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Some things (more complicated tasks like ad campaigns and the ways to get to specific datasets) can be a little tricky to figure out at first, but they give great help when you ask for it, so it's never much of a struggle.

It is solving the problem of Eventbrite charging ridiculous fees to the users and the attendees. TicketSpice offers another, great option that doesn't take advantage of you and has even more to offer.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

We’ve found TicketSpice to be very user-friendly and efficient, especially when it comes to building event pages. The “Create a Page” section is straightforward, easy to navigate, and makes the setup process quick and stress-free. I appreciate that I can have a professional-looking ticket page up and running in very little time, without needing advanced technical skills or extra support.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

While TicketSpice is a great overall platform, there are a few areas that could be improved—particularly within the reserved seating functions. We host many events in banquet halls and auditoriums, and it would be helpful to have more flexibility in managing seat assignments. For example, the ability to move a guest to a different seat without having to issue a full refund and reprocess their purchase would save considerable time. Additionally, a more streamlined and user-friendly floor map interface would make seat selection easier for both event organizers and guests.

TicketSpice has helped us modernize our ticketing process by allowing our venue to offer online ticket sales for the first time. This has made purchasing tickets more convenient for our guests and has significantly streamlined our internal operations. It’s been a big step forward in evolving how we manage and promote events.

I’ve been so impressed with TicketSpice’s support—it truly feels like they’ve been with me every step of the way. Their Help Center articles and video tutorials made learning the platform simple and straightforward. When I needed technical support, the response was immediate—no waiting days for an answer. I was able to connect with a live support person who personally walked me through my launch, double-checked everything was set up correctly, and even sent screenshots to help me quickly resolve an issue in real time.

After hours, their AI chatbot was a great resource, answering many of my questions right away. And when something needed a human touch, a support agent reached out first thing the next morning and resolved it quickly.

Very easy to set up.  Very fast notifications and transfer of money.  Scanning onsite very easy to set up and use.  I've used it the past two years with no issues.

TicketSpice always takes my needs and suggestions into consideration. They are always looking for ways to improve. The platform continues to get better and better.

I would like the ability to copy an event template (I create) to my client's account.  This would save me alot of time.

TicketSpice provides all the functions needed and their customer service is stellar.

I love that TicketSpice hears me. A chat communication or phone call - they always follow up with email.  They always make sure I am doing okay - before - during and after events.  On other platforms, I would take 30 minutes or more seeking a phone number or contact details only... to never get to them.  This would leave me feeling stranded in often urgent situations.

I can trust that TicketSpice will help me right away if I have a question or need anything! It is so hard to find good customer service these days especially with software platforms but TicketSpice never disappoints! I’ve even needed help on the weekend while working from home and they were there for me. TicketSpice is the best!

I honestly haven’t found anything I don’t like yet. If I ever have a question it’s because of my user error.

I appreciate that TicketSpice is easy to navigate, which is important since we had past experience with it and decided to use it again. The software is beneficial in selling tickets for our annual conference, providing a straightforward solution to our needs. A significant advantage is how quickly the money from ticket sales gets deposited into our bank account, enhancing our cash flow efficiency.

We don’t do much for online tickets sales, but we have one event in particular every fall that we use ticket spice for. Because we don’t use this platform very often I end up having to ask lots of questions. They are always right there to walk me through step-by-step. Their website is extremely easy to use and set up for our business and to update when I do have questions. They’re always there to answer them right away. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to any business owners that I know.

I wish I could sell tickets without having a fee, but everybody has to make money right? I can’t think of anything I don’t like about tickets spice.

TicketSpice has been the most user-friendly and customizable ticketing platform we’ve found. As an 18-day festival with a complex array of passes, configurations, and add-ons, we truly appreciate how simple and intuitive the system is to use—for both our team and our attendees.

The pricing is reasonable and transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected holds on funds—something that sets TicketSpice apart in an industry full of fine print. Other companies make promises, but TicketSpice actually delivers.

If I had to name one drawback, it’s that you don’t get a dedicated customer service representative. Each time we reach out for support, we typically have to re-explain the specifics of our event. That said, the support team is consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful—so while it can be a bit repetitive, it’s a small trade-off for the overall value and reliability TicketSpice provides.

When we set up our first event, we had questions to make sure we were setting things up they way we wanted them.  We spoke to AJ on the chat.  He was so helpful!  Not only did he understand what we were trying to do, he sent a video of himself walking us through the process!  It wasn't a stock video either.  Just a quick screen recording that he talked us through step by step.  We were kind of blown away by that.  This is our 3rd ticketing platform we've used and so far I believe we will be long time clients!

We have not disliked anything so far.  Seriously.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used TicketLeap.  They recently changed their platform so much that we were no longer able to navigate setting up an event.  We tried to work with Ticketleap's customer service, but got very technical answers or answers that didn't solve our problems.  
We are a small, but mighty, Humane Society in Northwest Indiana.  Most of our fundraising team are Boomers, so we're not exactly super tech saavy.  But TicketSpice was so helpful with all the questions that came up the first time we set up our event.  So the problem was having a rich platform that anyone can jump into and start using.  This directly benefits our ability to raise much needed funds through hosting events with ticketing.

As we're transitioning from this platform for administrative reason, I've come to find your payment plan options is something that'll be missed.

Unfortunately the way our process is handled taking large scale reservation bookings isn't something that is financially viable for most platforms

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

That I can get it to work for my customers - mainly, that they can check out for multiple events at once. Ticketspice helped me get this setup correct the first year. We tricked it into thinking our whole 5-day festival was one event with each concert as a different ticket-level. Once they showed me how to do that, the setup is quick and easy. I've been able to do it mostly myself since then, just checking in an updated features. Anytime I need help, their customer support is quick and responsive, even if they don't have a solution to my issue. They also did a great job making the ticketing page look and feel like us.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The reporting.There are some really goofy things like the fact that the dasboard shows an inaccurate number most of the time (or did last year when we were actively using). Also, because of the way we setup our ticket levels and some of the actions, it is virtually impossible to get an accurate account of income by ticket type/level. Some of that seems to have been solved with the new price points option which we can use rather than actions.

The new "Multiple Price Points" will both make it easier for me to setup our student ticket pricing and should make the reporting more clear.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

It is so user-friendly and they have fantastic customer service!  I couldn't find any other program that fit my needs that was as easy to use and affordable for our small school.  I love the fact that I can save different formats to our theater and easily implement them into the ticket pages.  It really is an amazing product.  There are not many companies where you are able to send a message through a chat and get a personlized video walk-through to answer your question within 15 minutes.  It was very impressive!

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I truly love everything about TicketSpice.  The payment feature and switching over to Webconnex was a little daunting this past year because we are a church & school organization.  However, looking at other programs that are out there, it was still the best and easiest service to use.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a middle school who previously printed paper tickets and made parents wait in line to purchase tickets while marking off on a blueprint which tickets were sold for multiple shows.  The process was so daunting.  Now, we build our TicketSpice pages for each show and send the link to parents to easily have them purchase their tickets for the shows.  It is such an easy process to use and we have gotten great feedback from our parents about the ease of use and professionalism of the process.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Alright, listen up—if you’re wrangling ticket sales for an event and not using TicketSpice, you’re making life harder than it needs to be. This platform is seriously versatile, packed with features that actually make sense, and—get this—the pricing doesn’t make you want to cry.

But the real MVP? Their customer service. I can literally just text them during business hours and get answers fast. I ask A LOT of questions and they just keep on answering! No endless hold music, no frustrating email black hole—just real humans who actually help.

Long story short: TicketSpice is easy to use, loaded with options, and backed by amazing support. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

On the downside, there are some features that are missing and areas for improvement. One is the inability to duplicate ticket levels including the questions. But they are always working on improvements, maybe this will be one!

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I love that the TicketSpice platform is pretty intuitve.  I jumped right in and started creating.  The help modules are quite good and when I have gotten stuck a few times, the help chat has been incredible!  I had one tech named AJ who stayed on the chat talking through many diffrent options to help me accomplish my task.  And then I had a chat with Key that was amazing.  He made me videos to explain what I should do to accomplish my task.  They were both so helpful and friendly.    I also appreciate that the fees are low.  I had tried to put my tickets for sale on Eventbite and found the platform difficult to navigate and the help modules not helpful.  Finding TicketSpice was fortuitious for me.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I wanted to make a multiday event with reserved seating and this option is too complex.  i couldn't do that in Eventbrite either.  But the techs helped me find a way to accomplish my tasks anyway and I am very very happy.

We use Ticketspice to sell tickets to the theatre, music, dance, art and fashion exhibits the students at our high school create and perform. These events are a big part of the fundraising efforts that keep our performing and visual arts programs running.

The .99 fee at Ticketspice is by far the best deal out there and allows us to keep more money than we would with any other platform.

Ticketspice is easy to use, the templates are beautiful, the ability to customize is vast and the support is SO GOOD. Truly.

They are quick to respond, the team are all so patient and helpful. Any issue/question I have had has been answered/resolved with one email.

I had a big and confusing task to set up so I scheduled a zoom call to work it out and Alex was terrific. He found a way to satisfy the tricky navigation and rules and actions I needed to meet my needs. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Alex!

Nothing is unhelpful or a real “downside” that I have found but …

Table seating map option: be able click and grab a bunch of tables at once it so that you could populate say, 100 tables, with quick copy and paste. Like you can with rows. 

Have it so the table numbers, and rows and seat numbers, show up on the map for the ticket buyer . As it it now you hover to see what table, or row/seat you have selected and if you navigate a way and want to come back you have to search again rather than see the information right on the map.

When adding a header to the design page, it’d be nice if we could choose a colour for that text. (Perhaps you can and I'm missing something) ;-)

I like the actions you can create to hide/show certain fields when something else is clicked or if it's before/after a certain date. The customization is really great, I can make the ticket page look like my website and use our branded colors.
Ticketspice's support is very helpful and will even create a mini video to help explain things which I really have loved (sometimes seeing it is so much easier than trying to follow a list of steps). 
I like the custom reports I can make so I get only the columns of info I need only. And being able to memorize a report is very helpful and having it email me the report on a schedule (although I wish there were more options with the times of these reports).

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Their app is not user friendly and has several bugs that need to be fixed. I wish it worked more like the Eventbrite organizer app. I wish we didn't have to create an app key and instead I could just login to my account and select which ticket I want to be scanning for. Also, the limitations for the date/time never seems to work correctly. I have the date correct but when I try to scan a ticket it tells me its the wrong date. I have to take away the date/time restrictions to make the ticket scan. And anytime you change something to an app key, you have to log out and then put the app key in again, when you have a line of people waiting to get in, this is not ideal. If this feature worked it would be great for the type of tickets we have that allow people to enter at a certain times.The first event we used TS for, I gave up trying to scan tickets and just looked at each ticket because of all the problems we had with the tickets scanning using the TS app. The second event I could only get it to work if I took off the date/time restrictions so then we still had to check the tickets carefully so we didn't let someone enter before their timeslot began. 
I also wish there was a way to give a link with a promo code automatically applies, there is a workaround but it's clunky and not nearly as easy at Eventbrites.

The support experience will meet you where you are– if you're an experienced web professional, a salesman or fundraiser, or a total neophyte. The ease of access to support, for those who haven't even paid yet, makes this an easy recommend for me.

Unfortunately, Webconnex and TicketSpice are very tied to WePay, which is an inelegant payment solution for a lot of nonprofit needs. As I represent that sector, the extra hoops and fees related to other payment processors are a bummer. However, I've never worked with a software that functions BETTER than this, so take all of this with a grain of salt.

I work with a large, expansive nonprofit with numerous local-facing entities. I advise the local-facing entities on fundraising, for which events are often complicated, confusing and mission-critical. TicketSpice allows me to offload some work, as they make it easy for me to handle payment administration while letting their easy-to-use website builder and top-of-the-line customer support take my client's event online.

To run box office, it can only be on iPads, no Android options. The Android scanning app also crashes at times, but it is very quick to reload-never an issue between scans.

I like the variety and extent of reports that I can generate based on the information I need at any given time.

I like all of the information and records on ticket purchasers that I can access, which I need to have in order to do my job.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Their updated interface is clunky and difficult to navigate. I always switch to the old view when I have the option, as I can't find what I'm looking for with their updated look, and the old view has everything together in one place, which is the most helpful for what I need to do.

The TicketSpice search feature is very inconvenient; whenever I search for a name and click on it, I can't then return to the result page to look through the other results, I instead have to conduct the search again from scratch because the "back" arrow doesn't take me to my search results page. This seems like it should be a simple fix—allowing users to return to their search results page after viewing one of the results. 

The TicketSpice ticket scanning app is very unreliable in how it communicates data with TicketSpice. We get so many inconsistencies during our events, such as people showing up as no-shows when we actually did scan their tickets; people's tickets not showing up in the app when the website shows the record that they did purchase a ticket—and so having to hold people at check-in for longer than we should so we can verify that they do indeed have a ticket; people's tickets showing up multiple times, giving us an inaccurate headcount; and other similar frustrating glitches. This really becomes apparent when I generate reports after the event and recognize names that I know were in attendance and were scanned showing in the report as "not scanned". After using the TicketSpice app for 4-5 years now at multiple events, I would have hoped to see improvement in these areas.

TicketSpice allows me to access all the data I need on our customers so I can answer their questions, address their concerns, and make changes to their orders. It allows our company to keep track of ticket sales as they happen and compare them to previous years. It gives us the flexiblity to generate our own event codes for sponsors. It gives us a way to track attendance and generate reports to compare ticket sales to actual attendees.

I have used TicketSpice for over a year and created over a dozen events. The platform makes it easy to create and duplicate events. Every aspect I have encountered is fundamentally sound and they make it simplistic to add, edit, and delete a multitude of features. 

I moved over to them when Eventbrite raised their prices. At TicketSpice, they charge a $0.99 transaction fee and standard credit card fees. That is a lot less than the others.

Best of all? They have incredible customer service. Shout out to Key - yes, that's his name. He and the other support team members go out of their way to assist whenever asked. They use a video messaging tool [Loom] for many of their explanations which makes it easier for a novice out there trying to understand a process. Thank you, TicketSpice.

I started using TicketSpice for another nonprofit entity. TicketSpice does not charge fees for free events. However, the nonprofit needed to create a free event quickly, and then start using the platform for monthly paid events. TicketSpice requires a paid event before a free event in an effort to waive the fees. I get it, but the nonprofit was in a bind and did not want to spend extra $$. If that is the only negative I have encountered, that's okay. I love TicketSpice.

There are always things that could be better - I know that there are limitations in what your support staff can help with, but the other day when I was told to basically just contact auth.net without any reason why or explanation was a little rough. Please contact them" instead I think the response "call them"

We came across TicketSpice and were not only impressed with the lower rate (we are a nonprofit) we loved all the additional features and support it offered. 

TicketSpice allows us to fully brand our ticketing experience from start to finish along with so many other great features. The ease of building the site out was amazing and with just a few clicks we were able to implement and go live! 

We are frequently on the site making updates or adding ticket purchasers (we do have some that purchase offline) and it was super simple to intergrate into our current workings of the event.

Customer service is over the top helpful from response time to giving step by step video instructions (directly from our site) on how to fix, edit or adjust things - super helpful!

We use TicketSpice to manage 12-15 consumer-based events each year.  I can have a page up and running in a matter of minutes.  It is very easy to use and has the flexibility to meet our needs for different ticket options and has unlimited coupons codes to track our marketing efforts. 

*Update* I am still using TicketSpice for our consumer based events and I am still very happy with the service.  After reviewing many different programs, it still seems to be the most cost effective solution for ticketing for us.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I wouldn't say that I dislike anything about TicketSpice, but if I had to pick one thing that I would like to see in the future - it would be a few more options to make my ticket pay look a little different.  Maybe more options for different fonts, lines, things like that.

*Update* I don't know if they have implemented new options or if I have just become more proficient - but I have definitely found more ways to make the pages look more unique and "branded".

**Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:**

TicketSpice has been an excellent product for our business.  We started using it during the COVID shut down so we did not have to deal with cash.  We decided to keep using it to help eliminate any inconsistencies with the cash box.  It is easy to use for most consumers (some older populations still don't want to deal with email or smartphones) and they have excellent customer service if we event have an issue.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we solve by using TicketSpice is having less cash handling at the event.  Using the Text to Ticket feature allows people to purchase a ticket while at the event - so they do not need to stand in line at a box office and pay cash.   It allows us to know exactly how many tickets are sold and are scanned at any given time during the weekend event.

*Update* We tried to do away with the TicketSpice ticket at one of our low cost shows because the cost of the ticket and credit card fees.  We have since learned that people would rather pay those fees to be able to skip the box office lines.

The staff! The staff with TicketSpice has been fantastic to work with! They are helpful, accommodating, and friendly. At our organization we have continued to use TicketSpice and as a result, have no complaints with the system. Our design and marketing team love it as well!

Honestly? Right now, nothing. Everyone is so helpful! Still nothing! All good here!

Our old ticketing company was Eventbrite, and they couldn't handle our complicated tickets and events. In came, TicketSpice, the answer to our problems! Fast forward to all of our events on Ticketspice and we have great turnout and the marketing is great. They are constantly improving the system.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I love the accessibility of answers to my questions, not having to search the internet but knowing an answer will come shortly after it's asked, the welcome video, and the affordability.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There were seriously no downsides. I made an error cancelling a ticket that had insurance so I guess maybe it could've been made more super obvious that the ticket had insurance and I was losing money from it but I do realize the acknowledge button exists for a reason, so that was my own fault.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed tickets that could be purchased online from a company that wouldn't take a large percentage of the ticket sales.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

We have found the best part of TicketSpice is their customer service. They have been with us every step of the way and made it a simple transition to their software. The platform itself is extremely customizable and lends itself to large and small events.
In the last three years of using TicketSpice, we continue to find more reasons to use it and build out new events and offerings for our resort guests, members and our community. We recently had an issue with one of our pages on a Saturday and the TicketSpice team had it fixed within an hour - incredible on a weekend!

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

It doesn't do everything we had hoped for from a dining perspective for our large-scale dining events. However, they are working with us to see what could be developed.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a ticketing solution that would allow us to have better inventory management and pricing structures. They have made it easy for us to build a complex event that runs 37 nights, with multiple entry slots and varying price points.

The ease of use. The price point is also extremely simple and the best out of other event software.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Sometimes it won't let me add content where I want to or it will automatically change the font size.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation, automation, automation. I used to have to create confirmation emails and manually send them everytime I received a registration for a course or event. As a company that hosts almost 600 safety courses annually this was extremely helpful.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

While its always challeging using a new ticket purchasing program, TicketSpice has provided me with so much responsive assistance when I have questions.  I'm no IT guy, but all my questions were answered, usually with a visual aid or a quick answer to my email question.  We are a small non-profit and every dime is crucial to our survival.  TicketSpice will greatly reduce the cost of our ticket sales from our last and well-known program.  The only reason I didn't give them a 10 was we are in the conception of ticket sales and sponsorship package sales with the event not until the end of December.  Looks like it is going to work so much better for us!

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

TicketSpice was more complicated, to me, than our last program.  However, I believe most of that is just learning the new program.  It will literally do whatever you need for your event.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The cost per transaction and the ability for the ticket purchaser to get a full refund.

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The customer service is quick, professional, and efficient. The platform is very easy to navigate and has lots of tools that make it even more user friendly. It also is one of the better ticket platforms as it has lower service fees.  It is gives frequent updates on how many tickets have been sold for our event. And it is easy to get various reports on the data collected.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I have not encountered anything so far that I dislike about TicketSpice.

It has created a very user friendly platform to set up ticket sales for our fundraisers. And it only takes minimal service fees so we get more profit on our events.

TicketSpice is robust, helping me stay organized, market, and measure success. Everything from the buildout, to communication, to closeout is simple...and for the few times I needed help the Support team is quick to walk me through the process.

One great thing about TicketSpice is how easy it is to use on the day of the event. 
Our volunteers were able to easily turn their phones into a high-quality, accurate, ticket scanner.

I appreciate the assistance given and the rapid response. When I still had problems that couldn't be resolved by chat, they got together on Zoom to walk me through & went through my setup, line by line and then for both ends, the problem was something just anyone being new to Ticketspice, could have.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Not sure at this point as I am still waiting on tickets to being to sell. I haven't been through the whole setup to ticket sales to money in my bank, yet.
However, if it's like the help I received in the setup, I could be happy.
