
I switched over to TicketSpice three years ago from EventBrite and haven't looked back. The fees are smaller, and the site is easy to navigate. Most importantly is the fast and personal customer service. I've had to reach out to the TicketSpice team a few times, and each time I did, the customer service representative made sure my questions were answered. I spoke with Alex regarding a challenge I had with a new payment processing system, and I quickly got a helpful response.
