What do you like best about MindCloud?

We're able to build anything from very simple 1-way integrations, to super complex workflows between several different apps with multi-step complex logic, and all in an efficient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve for the platform can be a steep if you don't have a basic understanding of how API's work. Fortunately, the MindCloud team has a very helpful and active Slack support channel that is quick to help when needed. Once you get that initial hump, it gets easy. "Great IPaaS platform at a fraction of the price of competitors."

What do you like best about MindCloud?

We currently use everything for client integrations—custom APIs, Zapier, Make, Workato, Unito. These tools can handle basic tasks, but when we needed advanced logic or large-scale deployments, we quickly ran into problems. The direct comparison would be to Workato, but this is an Enterprise solution starting at $25k/year. MindCloud does the same thing for a fraction of the cost.

Why MindCloud?

- Less Coding, More Efficiency: We’re no longer writing endless scripts to handle complex requirements.

- Faster Launches: The platform’s straightforward interface and supportive team let us deploy integrations in days, not weeks.

- Predictable Costs: Other tools can get expensive fast. MindCloud offers a pricing structure that scales without breaking the bank.

- Deep Platform Knowledge: Their expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and more helps us deliver dependable solutions without reinventing the wheel.

Mindcloud has taken my order processing time and reduced it by 75%. Not only have they streamlined this order process, but they have taken our product registrations, and automated them into Netsuite. No more manual entries. They continue to work with us providing multiple solutions. Nothing major. We wanted to be more hands on and control access to the systems we were connecting to (and didn't give MindCloud any temporary control over). "MindCloud has taken RickRak.com to another level in Inventory and MAP pricing control"

What do you like best about MindCloud?

RickRak.com sells on several ecommerce platforms that required constant manual updating of inventory and pricing. Jamie, Pedro and Mario worked with me (quite a feat in itself) to Integrate Inventory and Pricing across four platforms. Our goal was to take "eyes off" this repetitve effort and let the MindCloud Integration work its magic across multiple diverse platforms. MindCloud has achieved that goal with RickRak.
