What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX is a modern product that delivers something much closer to a viable experience than anything else on the market for a CMMS at the moment. They are also actively working to improve the platform and push frequent updates without causing much contention. However, like many companies this size, they do struggle with internal communication. For example, customer service reps will often be surprised to see updates in real time with end users on a call, and the enhancement and feedback cycle is often ad hoc.

Implementation is simple and they provide excellent support/flexibility through the process. Integrations are also readily available, but can be time-consuming/expensive to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

The biggest negatives about MaintainX are on the personnel training and industry specialization side. They lack appropriate internal project management/oversight - through the Sales process in particular - but really across the board. The brightest point is that ongoing support staff, who are very responsive and helpful, but ultimately tend to lack real, down-to-earth understanding of the end user groups they support and struggle to make those connections over time since they are not given planned, consistent opportunities for real-world experience. I hope they will grow here in the future.

By far the most negative experiences, however, are with the Sales team, and I would caution heavily to set clear expectations with any engagement. Related to their internal communication issues, they do not seem to have a wholistic awareness of their internal dependencies and will consistently promise things that they cannot deliver and then pass you to the implementation and ongoing support teams to resolve as best they can. I do think that this is the best product on the market right now, but this is a sore spot that needs serious improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The BEST CMMS/EAM that I have used in three decades"
What do you like best about MaintainX?

I have used various CMMS solutions continually since 1994. MaintainX surprised and delighted me with its ease of use. The import and export utilities allowed us to compile and organize a massive amount of data, including hundreds of PM work orders, and then go live within a couple of days.

The AI integration for creating procedures is absolutely next level! This innovation removes a major hurdle to implementation by cutting down the time that we would have spent transcribing tasks from all of the various manuals. It is a direct money saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

There is nothing that I dislike. In the UI, there are a few things that take getting used to with regard to where features are located. Like having Exports in Reports and also in Settings - General, had me toggling a bit to find what I needed. Minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

What I like best about MaintainX is how intuitive and easy it is to use right out of the gate. The setup process is straightforward, the workflows make sense, and it has already helped us organize maintenance tasks more efficiently. What do you dislike about MaintainX?

At this point, there is not much to dislike. Like any new system, it takes a little time for staff to fully adjust and build consistent habits, but the learning curve is reasonable. What do you like best about MaintainX?

What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX is a very simple to use software flatform. This was very easy to implement at our company. The customer support service is above and beyond expectation. They have innovated their CMMS system to fit our global needs as a customer. They continue to make changes as we develop this software into our system. What do you like best about MaintainX?

Ease of use. After initial implemenation, it's been very easy to navigate through the system. The platform has been extremely helpful with scheduling not just PMs but also reactive jobs for my team.

Support from the MaintainX team has been phenominal, they are super responsive. Willing to help how they can and always friendly.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.

What do you like best about MaintainX?

Since we switched to MaintainX, we've managed to do away with paper work orders entirely, which has really helped us streamline our maintenance operations and keep comprehensive records for all our equipment. The platform's reporting features have also made it much simpler to present data and visuals when we're seeking approval for new equipment purchases. Additionally, the recent advancements in AI integration are quite impressive. Managing and overseeing our workflow has become much easier. The platform is straightforward to use, with only a minimal learning curve - our team was able to get everything set up and operational within just one to two weeks. Not only do I love MaintainX, but my entire work family does as well. What we appreciate most about MaintainX is its user-friendly design. It makes everything simple, from someone submitting a request to our team being able to address it quickly. We use MaintainX every day, It just shows you how easy this really makes our day to day work life better. Not to mention the amount of features it has along with filters. What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX has been a essential minute by minute tool for managing our multi-location operations, and I want to highlight how great and supportive Tommaso Rivetti has been throughout the entire process. He has taken the time to understand our workflows and has been extremely responsive in helping us get our reporting and setup exactly how we need it. He's shown me so many cooler features and hacks to help me manage my 50+ site flow.

What I like best about MaintainX is how easy it makes it to track, assign, and follow up on maintenance tasks across multiple locations in real time. The interface is user-friendly, and the ability to attach photos, documents, and comments to each request helps ensure clear communication and accountability. I also appreciate the customizable checklists and the flexibility to set recurring tasks or preventive maintenance schedules, it really supports staying proactive rather than reactive.
