"Smooth transition to a great team and service"

What do you like best about MindCloud?

Our team was stuck with our previous connector, working around the limitations. We weren't looking or ready to switch over, but the Mindcloud team convinced us they could do the job and provide us a path to grow and develop the integrations we needed for future. They executed the transition in 2 months and we were able to end our more expensive contract with the previous connector. What do you dislike about MindCloud?

What do you like best about MindCloud?

I had a fantastic experience working with MindCloud to streamline our application workflows. "Extremely impressed with professionalism and efficiency"

What do you like best about MindCloud?

I had a complex series of integrations for a custom software platform that required medical software integration. The team has gone up and above what was originally expected, keeping the contract price and smiling the whole way through. There were unforeseen circumstances requiring their team's continued involvement until the product was gotten, and they pushed through to get that result in both complex cases. They have been able to take anything that I have had on our end and connect it to what I would consider quite "unfriendly" API's on the client end. What do you like best about MindCloud?

As an IT auditor, I assessed time, cost, risk and quality of major systems implementations since the 90's. Over the past four year, MindCloud has become integral to our core business model. MindCloud allows us to rapidly and securely integrate external business processes and data sources without adding staff. The key benefit lies within maximizing the potential of our existing staff. As development environments mature and even become obsolete, the relative value of clear analysis increase while pure coding decreases. MindCloud no-code workflows offer new life with long term staff who would otherwise lose value as their legacy systems reach obsolescence. We solve financial systems integration problems that entail multiple levels or layers of a tech stack. The enitre team is super friendly and helpful! They are very responsive when there are questions and they are very quick to get you a solution to any problems you may have! The technical team is very knowledgeable and have been able to get things wroking just how we need! The implentation took some to get through, but it was mainly because we kept making small tweaks to the workflow.
