The new version is very impressive, especially the reporting and dashboard features. **What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Performance analysis that includes actual conversions, lifetime value, and ROI. The new feature helps affiliates and creators across various channels manage everything in one dashboard. ### 2. Mostly for a mining operator who need to always report on compliance, Impact has enabled us not only to ensure we were creating value in reporting traceability of minerals, but we received so much more in terms of transparency of every unit across multiple regional hubs. **What do you dislike about Impact?** There isn't much to dislike on the platform as the visualization of outcomes and KPIs are readily available at a glance without navigating through multiple layers. However, a better improvement will be on the exporting of data in numerous formats as we mostly received them in CSV. **Recommendations to others considering Impact:** The product can seem costly but has several benefits that have assisted our client. For organizations that want to have the big picture of their impact on several grounds like research development projects, corporate social responsibilities, data mining from multiple locations, and most of all transparency of processes across various channels with better reporting, this can be a beneficial application to have. **What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are tracing procurement of minerals from small scale mines across Africa, and enabling management consulting companies to access expert reports on the market and transparency on mining operators.
