AfterShip provides a clean, intuitive interface that makes it straightforward to manage shipments across multiple carriers. The dashboard feels well organized, so both technical and non-technical users can quickly grasp tracking statuses, exceptions, and delivery insights at a glance. The branded tracking pages and notification workflows are especially strong, helping create a smooth, seamless post-purchase experience. That said, a few parts of the UI can feel a bit dated, and when working with more advanced features, I’ve occasionally noticed small navigation inconsistencies. While the integrations are generally strong, some users have run into technical issues or inconsistent syncing with platforms such as marketing tools or eCommerce systems. What do you like best about AfterShip?

WeAfterShip initially showed a lot of promise and we had a great introductory call with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AfterShip?

We signed up for their service with the promise of smooth integration with Klaviyo, only to face persistent technical issues that made the service completely unusable in production. Despite spending months troubleshooting and exchanging numerous emails with their support team, the promised functionality was never delivered.

To add insult to injury, we were charged for two months of service (including an "over use" extra charge in month two!) yet only received a partial refund for the first month—leaving us out of pocket for services that never actually saw production due to their technical issues. An understatement to say disastrous for our small family-run business.

We cannot recommend AfterShip based on our experience. Their ineffective integration and unsatisfactory billing resolution have left us feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
