It's an all-in-one tracking app that is easy to use! Easy paste function.

I have several apps to track my shippings. And this app combines them all.

Notify the customer of the delivery status to improve the customer experience
APIs and Webhooks allow for greater customization and integration with other systems.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Nothing at all; they have excellent customer service and a step-by-step guide on how to do things.
This platform allows for a great deal of customization at a low cost.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking all shipments in one place and notifying the internal team and customers, as well as the tracking page that is integrated into our website for easier access by everyone.

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

Aftership provides us the ability to offer branded tracking pages and notifications to customers making the shipping process seamless and on brand. We also use returns center to manage all returns including auto label generation and auto refund capability, reducing staffing requirements and offering a single branded portal for customers. Customer service is always helpful and on hand to provide support and advice.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Ability to use some premium features on lower plans such as shopify tracking pages and EDD, however account managers willing to work on alternate solutions.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single stop for all things tracking and returns. Customers like being kept up to date with the latest tracking information and an easy to use returns portal, all branded for a seamless experience.

With Aftership we have found fewer customers that need to contact us to find out where their shipments are as they are kept updated automatically by Aftership as and when the carrier changes information on their site.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

The Aftership interface is not always as easy to navigate, and sometimes, finding a setting that you need to change or chECK can be time-consuming.

We have less unecessary customer calls and quaries as they are kept updated automatically by Aftership.

We are happy to be able to manage shipping and returns from the same dashboard and branded tracking and return pages enabled us to have modern setup for our customers at affordable rates. Customer service is top notch.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Overall, we have not found any issues with AfterShip. Only, if they would include their AI Predicted EDD to essential bundle or enable customers to buy this addon as extra instead of it's availability only in premium plan, that would have been a really great feature to have.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AfterShip enabled us to keep track of our shipments and returns with greater ease, to provide our customers with modern interface. for order tracking and returns and helped us increase our overall efficiency. Special thanks to AfterShip customer service.

The functionality of the return portal and the ability to create sub-reasons for returns. The ability to perform analyses on returns and have statistics.

We cannot translate the reasons and sub-reasons for return motives into multiple languages, the additional payment to add members or customize the return portal domain.

The service the AfterShip companies provide is insane. It's a complete automatization of your order handling with not even a headache. the support is always friendly and answers on the weirdest times of the day

- pricy for starters
- no possibility to create own plans with a selection of features you want (and remove some you don't want but pay for).

I like that it supports most carriers and that the setup was fast and easy to implement. Our customers appreciate being kept up to date with current tracking. Customer support is responsive and helpful.

There were not really any downsides with using Aftership. It's easy to use and the custom branded tracking is a great feature to make it feel like it's a part of our store.

It's really useful for keeping our customers up to date on their tracking which helps to decrease the amount of phone calls we receive from customers asking when their package will arrive.

The ease of tracking and customizing the notification templates. The aftership immediately fetches the up to date information from the courier service site and pushes it to the customer as required.

I do not think there is anything to be disliked. Everything is more than my expectation.

I may tie up with any courier company; they have the API inbuilt in to their system. It takes all the headaches of integrating tghe api everytime.

Very clear, quick help, and easy to use. Takes a lot of work off your hands so you can focus on other important things. Makes working with Shopify easier.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Only the display of the upgrade option at the bottom is a bit annoying, as it reduces the size of the page. So it obstructs the view of other control elements. And the prices are quite high.

Tracking and support of customers are simplified. Takes a lot of work off one's hands. You don't have to make reminders about customers and can focus on other things.

The SMM and Email marketing app support was not very helpful. there were communication issues.

Digital marketing and conversion for customers. Send text message marketing, offers, incentives and pop ups. I wanted to set up a customzed referral program and was able to do so.

They don't have all the couriers, but they're growing and increasing the number of couriers. Some translations are not good...

Customers want to know where their order is at all times. The system has automatic notifications to reduce the number of queries on this issue.

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

I liked when it worked. Now, when they cannot get our issue resolved even though we are paying customers, I don't like anything about Aftership.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Useless Customer Support cannot provide any help with the issue. This doesn't allow us to provide the customer with the return label for the whole month. I even talked to their supervisor over the phone and got nothing! Our business struggles just because Aftership doesn't care about their long-term customers. We will switch to another tool.

It doesn't solve any problems; it creates them!

Speedy notifications from whatever shipper or whatever 3rd party shipping carrier is transporting your cargo.

The most helpful thing about Aftership is that it keeps my customers informed about their order for it's complete journey until destination. In addition, it keeps my customers happy and continue to return.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

The least helpful thing about Aftership is nothing I can think of at this time. I believe Aftership covers everything it was designed to accomplish. I would like to see improvements in I don't know!

The business problem Aftership is solving is keeping my customers informed about their shipments and it benefits me because I have happy customers that will more likely become a repeat customer.

Automatically fetches product details and shipping codes from email and text

Ads, user tracking, lack of widgets, old and unupdated UI

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking becomes easy and efficinet and saves time by not having to manually keep track of packages, especially when they are from different shipping services.

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

I loved loved loved how easy it was set up Aftership with our Magento instance it took no time at all. Plus the feasibility of creating the notification emails without needing a developer or any HTML/code work for our customers so they are aware of everything that is happening with their package if it's shipped or delayed or possibly re-routed the customer is automatically notified and the fact that they can use those notifications to respond directly to our customer service team is amazing. It creates transparency as a brand and builds better customer relationships.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Aftership and I am very happy with it and I will recommend it to everyone that I interact with. If I had to make a change it would be that if we want to add a service such as returns I need to go to a different section of the site to figure out what the pricing would be. I think if that could be included in the dashboard it would be really helpful for a company like ours where we need to provide quick information to our finance team.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue that it solved for us as a business was the communication portion with our customers and reduce the number of emails our customer service team received with questions such as where is my package, has it shipped yet, why is it delayed, etc.

Support from Aftership is world-class; their agents are very knowledgeable and provide answers very promptly if required; they also are available to hop on to quick calls and do a screen share.

so far nothing, but if there is sandbox account we can test it before client can purchase and also if you can have some testing tracking numbers to try different shipment status that would be great

Clean easy to use platform, convenience of login with major player credentials, centralized tracking across couriers, the ability to share tracking links to clients.

We have been using Aftership for at least five years. There is truly nothing that comes to mind. It does all we need to be done. Interface is easy, data is reliable.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use multiple shipping accounts, and it is tremendously inconvenient to have to keep track of all of them. We have both inbound and outbound shipments. Aftership grants us one central place to keep track.

Right now, I would have loved more features for my plan, but I guess it does what it does for my actual needs.
