I also appreciate how user-friendly and straightforward the system is. The customer portal is another big plus, allowing clients to view invoices, make payments, and submit requests independently, saving us a lot of administrative time. The initial setup was surprisingly straightforward, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other CRMs we've used. The user interface looks a bit outdated compared to modern CRM tools, and some navigation feels slower or less intuitive than we’d like. Simple actions can take extra clicks, and the overall design isn’t as clean or modern as competitors. Customization is possible but can be tricky. More advanced workflows, custom fields, and pipeline adjustments sometimes require technical setup or support help, rather than being easy to modify in-house. We also noticed that some reporting options are basic, lacking deeper B2B sales analytics and visual dashboards we’d prefer for forecasting. Third-party integrations outside of QuickBooks are more limited, especially with European tools like popular DACH accounting software, local payment providers, or common marketing platforms.
