Method CRM has been especially effective for managing our annual renewal contracts. It helps us stay on top of renewals and ensures we catch add-ons that increase the cost of renewals each year, which has been extremely valuable for accuracy and revenue tracking. The main downside for us is that due to the level of customization, any changes require paid developer support. A small change can sometimes affect other areas of the system, so it’s critical that updates are handled by someone very familiar with how everything works.
