What do you like best about Olo?

Olo is suitable as a platform for managing online orders. It's fantastic because it gives us the time to ensure that orders are executed correctly rather than taking orders over the phone and having to receive payment at the restaurant. What do you dislike about Olo?

When the guest calls to place an Olo order, the manager should be able to enter one as a manager, which is not always possible. I have to perform more steps than necessary and add a lot of information. It has its downfall when the timing does not synchronize with the restaurant's flow. I've used olo for almost 1 year and the one thing that always amazes me about olo is the printed orders it just so vintaged and asthetic, olo is fast paced and time saving for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
