It is very intuitive and easy to use which is important as new colleagues joins and need to work in the system. It is also easy - and intutive - to make your own reports etc. **What do you dislike about Rillion?** The only thing lacking for us it to have the invoices from Rillion visible in our financial system - we need to use both systems since they are not fully integrated. This might be possible now, but when we started using Centsoft it was not. It is however something we have adapted to with ease and not a big issue at all. **What problems is Rillion solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to optimise our financial department thanks to the implementation of Centsoft/Rillion. Considering the wealth of options, personell mapping, detail and customisation Rillion offers, the responsiveness is phenomenal. **What do you dislike about Rillion?** The search functionality, chiefly the behaviour of asterisks, is confusing and something I can never quite get used to. I would personally rather a filter to use after seeing all requisitions, rather than being met with the search screen initially. The pause in loading between screens is also frustrating; there are possibly too many screens to navigate through where the functions that some screens facilitate could be implemented as drop-downs and / or menus on fewer screens. Deleting and / or cancelling requsitions / requests could also be made simpler. **What problems is Rillion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since Palette has become Rillion, the stbility and reliability of the software has become, in my experience, rock-solid. Palette would frequently present me with not-easy-to-decipher error messages, crashing often with progress unsaved. Left alone, (ie when checking other browser tabs, software etc), the time-outs in Palette wouldn't save progress well. The search function is not intuitive, and searching for a vendor can be extremely time consuming if you're not sure which entity it sits under - this could be simplified. I have worked in Rillion, in some way, for nearly 15 years with some break with other EFH system but always return to that Rillion is the best **What do you dislike about Rillion?** We are waiting for the new "användargränssnitt" since I think it would make Rillion even better. Cannot remember if working in several windows will be possible, otherwise I think that would be a great feature. Makes sure all invoices are reviewed by those involved in the particlar order.
