What do you like best about Rillion?

- User friendly interface

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about Rillion thus far. I went into the process with some hesitation, given our last failed experiment with another vendor, and Rillion vastly exceeded my expectations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rillion is eliminating upwards of 2-3 hours per day of manual invoice entering and P.O. matching in our ERP.

Rillion's super user friendly and intuitive workflow system makes it easy for us to see an invoice all the way through the process from start to ready for payment in minutes.

What do you like best about Rillion?

The invoice capture module operates separately from the approval system, and integrating more advanced technology could further automate data capture, reducing manual input for the accounting team. Additionally, the reporting restrictions could be refined—currently, users can see invoices that are not relevant to them, as the visibility configuration is quite basic. We mitigate this by allowing users to access invoices through the ERP, which offers more tailored security controls, but enhancing these restrictions within Rillion itself would be a valuable improvement in future updates. What do you like best about Rillion?

Flexible system where you can setup approval flows in an efficient way and also use AI to determine how the invoices will be coded and processed.

Full purchase to pay system with purchase module to create requisitions and purchase orders sent to supplier automatically and automatic PO-matching.

Accessible via Online so that it is easy to process the invoices when needed.

Several reports to check and have control over the invoices in the system and check different statistics.

Help function inside the application that makes it easy for users to get help with different functions directly.

Very good support team that are helpful with tickets.

Many different standard ERP integrations so that it makes it easy to just switch integration when changing ERP system.

What do you like best about Rillion?

Rillion brings automation into a process that normally would be very time consuming for me to handle otherwise. I like the new AI feature that does provide also a suggested workflow. It's easy to use and the support is quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillion?

I would suggest that options and alternatives would be limited for some type of users. Someone who doesn't need that much functionality could easily get a bit lost among all those buttons and options.

"Great product at a reasonable price"

What do you like best about Rillion?

We like Rillion because does what we need but doesn't do too much more than we need. We really only wanted a vehicle for reviewing, sharing notes and storing our invoices and any comments about them. We didn't want all the other frills that other products offer. It has worked great, helped our team stay on top of things and keep our trades informed. The support team is responsive and helpful. What do you like best about Rillion?

Rillion has taken the guesswork out of invoice approvals. I no longer have to chase emails or dig through folders to find what I need. The interface is easy to use, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. I can see all the relevant invoice details right away, which makes it fast to approve or flag something if needed. What do you dislike about Rillion?

Sometimes I wish the mobile experience was just a bit more polished. Approving on the go works, but a few small tweaks to the interface would make it even more joyful. What do you like best about Rillion?

We have been using Rillion - and before that Centsoft - for many years now and are still very content with the system. It is very intuitive and easy to use which is important as new colleagues joins and need to work in the system. It is also easy - and intutive - to make your own reports etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillion?

The only thing lacking for us it to have the invoices from Rillion visible in our financial system - we need to use both systems since they are not fully integrated. This might be possible now, but when we started using Centsoft it was not. It is however something we have adapted to with ease and not a big issue at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rillion?

Rillion has been instrumental for us when it comes to invoice handling/management over the past couple of years, especially since we have grown a lot in complexity over multiple countries and regions. The software feels snappy and fresh and Rillion rolls out continous updates (that are relevant!) very smoothly. Great staff and great support from account managers and customer success. What do you like best about Rillion?

The flexibility and stability of the software, since Pallette became Rillion, is fantastic. Considering the wealth of options, personell mapping, detail and customisation Rillion offers, the responsiveness is phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillion?

The search functionality, chiefly the behaviour of asterisks, is confusing and something I can never quite get used to. I would personally rather a filter to use after seeing all requisitions, rather than being met with the search screen initially. The pause in loading between screens is also frustrating; there are possibly too many screens to navigate through where the functions that some screens facilitate could be implemented as drop-downs and / or menus on fewer screens. Deleting and / or cancelling requsitions / requests could also be made simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since Palette has become Rillion, the stbility and reliability of the software has become, in my experience, rock-solid. Palette would frequently present me with not-easy-to-decipher error messages, crashing often with progress unsaved. Left alone, (ie when checking other browser tabs, software etc), the time-outs in Palette wouldn't save progress well. I have not experienced these problems within my last year of using Rillion.
