MindCloud connects our Shopify and Amazon orders to NetSuite and pushes inventory back to the storefront, which saves our team a lot of manual entry. Support is the standout. Israel and the team respond quickly, take the time to understand what's going on in our account, and follow up without us having to chase them. When something fails, it can fail quietly, so a few issues sat longer than we'd have liked before anyone noticed. On the flip side, some alerts repeat often enough that the real ones are easy to miss. Some fixes also depend on settings on the NetSuite side, so it helps to know your own setup well. MindCloud saves us hours of manual data entry by automatically transferring customer, property, opportunity, and project information between Aspire and Zoho CRM. There was nothing specifically unhelpful about MindCloud. A few workflows could not be completed, but those limitations were caused by Aspire’s API and the data it makes available—not by MindCloud’s software or team. We love the simplicity of MindCloud. It ensures accurate information is entered and eliminates double entry, which cuts down on human errors and allows our teams to function smoothly without needing additional staff for data entry tasks. Sometimes service tickets can be an issue; when something goes down, we have to find and resolve it manually, which is a bit inconvenient. What we like best about MindCloud is their ownership mentality. They don't just execute tasks, they take genuine responsibility for our success. When they run into something outside their existing expertise, they dig in and figure it out rather than pushing it back on us. As a whole, I don't have any dislikes from my experience. I will note, midway through the project our company decided go another route. We were unable to see the project til the end. Whenever I submit a support request, I typically receive a response within 12 hours, and most issues are resolved within 24 hours. There is very little to dislike about MindCloud. If I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be having more detailed documentation and training resources for advanced workflow configurations.
