MindCloud is a game-changer in the industry. Not only does the MindCloud provide, by far, the quickest turnaround time for systems integration, they are also the most cost-effective solution. There were a lot of hiccups during implementation as expected, but MindCloud was always quick to jump onto an issue and find a solution, including on weekends. It's very affordable, and therefore a perfect fit for small(er) projects as a start. Potential for big ones. It has a learning curve, but if you're a bit comfortable with some scripting, then this shouldn't be a problem at all, specially with the help of AI and/or MindCloud's customer support. Implementation is super easy to start with and they have some recipes (workflows) to get you started, which you can modify to your liking to get your integrations working. It's a bit of a learning curve, so be ready to spend some time on this. Support is good, but they want you to rely on AI if you're not too comfortable with scripting (like GraphQL). There may be some bugs lingering around, but their customer support is on top of things, so they're not that big of a deal, as long as you communicate with them regularly. Mindcloud did an excellent job configuring our Shopify wholesale site to integrate smoothly with our Netsuite system. They set up automatic account creation and implemented flags for any potential issues that might arise. Additionally, they successfully incorporated Loop to manage returns and generate RMAs in the system within just a couple of weeks, which helped bridge an important gap. Finally, right before we went live with Netsuite, we discovered a significant connection issue that had been overlooked. Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike at this point. Any questions or challenges we’ve had were addressed quickly, and the team has been very open to feedback.

What I liked most about Mindcloud was its flexibility and the quality of its customer support. The platform gave us the power to create a customized integration between HubSpot and NetSuite that perfectly matched our unique business needs. My main issue with Mindcloud was that the ease of use was more difficult than we expected, and the overall implementation timeline was significantly longer than initially promised. The setup took a lot of effort on our part, which caused some project delays. While the platform's flexibility is a huge plus, it seems to come with a more involved and time-consuming setup process that future users should be aware of. Growing companies have drawbacks, just like every business. Getting and keeping great Project Managers that stay in touch with the client while a project is moving and ensuring the client feels up to date on the latest expectations is something for Mind Cloud to continue to improve upon. I use MindCloud to sync between Jetbuilt and both Xero and Microsoft 365, which really helps in reducing data entry into multiple platforms and automates data migration between them. I find the customer service experience to be top-notch. They were flexible in scheduling and deployment, which is a big plus for me since I wear many different hats at work and lead many people. They kindly reminded me when they needed more information. The initial setup was simple. I just asked for the integrations I wanted, and MindCloud delivered them in short order.
