Fast, Responsive Support—But Pricing Feels High **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Teri L. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2026 **What do you like best about MindCloud?** They are very responsive, and most of the time the problem is fixed within 48-hours **What do you dislike about MindCloud?** They are very, very expensive, and I did not notice that until I recently compared pricing for the same service. **What problems is MindCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** My APIs were not updating, and this is essential to my business, ### 2. Very affordable ipaas **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Johan v. | Web Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025 **What do you like best about MindCloud?** It's very affordable, and therefore a perfect fit for small(er) projects as a start. Potential for big ones. It has a learning curve, but if you're a bit comfortable with some scripting, then this shouldn't be a problem at all, specially with the help of AI and/or MindCloud's customer support. Implementation is super easy to start with and they have some recipes (workflows) to get you started, which you can modify to your liking to get your integrations working. **What do you dislike about MindCloud?** It's a bit of a learning curve, so be ready to spend some time on this. Support is good, but they want you to rely on AI if you're not too comfortable with scripting (like GraphQL). There may be some bugs lingering around, but their customer support is on top of things, so they're not that big of a deal, as long as you communicate with them regularly. **What problems is MindCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's connecting Shopify with Netsuite for a Shopify store that has a low order count. Since it has a pretty small scope, it's perfect for MindCloud as it's a very affordable iPaaS solution. Competition is much much more expensive and is more focussed on big projects. Their support staff is also extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about MindCloud?** The dashboard can be a little confusing and intimidating. Most of the setup had to be done by the MindCloud team initially. It was fairly difficult. **What problems is MindCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** MindCloud eliminates manual data entry into BigCommerce, freeing up labor hours for customer assistance. My client consistently reports the MindCloud team is responsive to their inquiries. **What do you dislike about MindCloud?** On behalf of my client I managed an RFQ for a new iPaas partner early this year. My client‘s project includes about 20 connections with seven different end points. As the client’s Project Manager advocating for my client throughout this project, the MindCloud team was challenging to communicate requirements, development statuses, client priorities and testing schedules. During many days of last minute afternoon meetings and hours of pre-deployment calls in which the MindCloud team did not communicate requirements for their solution in other business systems. The MindCloud team did not respond to requests for requirements in other business systems. It was a unique experience that MindCloud developed these connections without the cooperation of other business systems administrators. **What problems is MindCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are current sorting through multiple challenges with the MindCloud team. ### 5. MindCloud's functionality is outstanding and a provides a great relief for our company. Additionally, the ease of use and understand of how to work with the flows within MindCloud is a major boon for our business and encourages us to fine tune and perfect our flows for maximum efficiency. **What do you dislike about MindCloud?** While MindCloud managed to perform an integration for us within a rapid time frame and with an impressive level of success, the time to resolve smaller issues utilizing a more general support team was lacking. **What problems is MindCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It acts as the connecting piece between our various inventory and other record tracking software. MindCloud automates the creation and fulfillment of the order flow process, significantly reducing manual labor. ### 6.
