Our billing, staff information, clients, etc is all in one location. ### 2. The interface is easy to use and the training helps set it up. **What do you dislike about Xcelerator?** This isn't an easy software to integrate customers into. It takes months to set up the software and orders don't always show up. **What problems is Xcelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our old software was outdated they were not going to make improvements any longer. Xcelerator allows us to stream our deliveries and monitor drivers daily. ### 3. I appreciate how smooth everything works. **What do you dislike about Xcelerator?** Nothing is least helpful. The downside is it can freeze at the worst times **Recommendations to others considering Xcelerator:** It is an excellent system for order entry and dispatching. It has so many options for accounting & administration as well. **What problems is Xcelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot easier and fast for order entry and dispatching. ### 4. It takes forever to search. Zoom makes it hard to navigate and you can’t hide columns you don’t need. **What problems is Xcelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?** xcelerator allows me to see a directory of my customer base, sales rep stats, billing information and usage history all on the same site. ### 5.
