We have been using ShipHawk for three years and have several staff members in the system every day. The product continues to evolve and while not all new features directly benefit us, we have observed improvements in the product and support teams during this time. We switched to ShipHawk primarily due to limitations with accurately rating LTL shipments on our previous platform. Smart Packing has worked very well for us; if there is an issue with the package(s) ShipHawk suggests, it is almost always due to an oversight with the dimension info in our catalog. The rules engine provides for an easy way to customize rates and services to your specific needs. When issues pop up, support works with us to correct both the affected records and also provides a long-term solution so we don't experience the same issue twice. Audit is very easy to set up and helps recover funds you may not otherwise have the time/staff to investigate, this was a good value add by ShipHawk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support for multi-location fulfillment needs more work to be fully functional. Orders sometimes silently fail to sync to ShipHawk from our website. This has happened a few times for various reasons, but never the same reason twice and it is corrected. ShipHawk could be more tightly integrated with our website for supporting features like BOPIS and having alternate order update transactional emails for pickups vs. shipments.
