What do you like best about ShipHawk?

We have been using ShipHawk for three years and have several staff members in the system every day. The product continues to evolve and while not all new features directly benefit us, we have observed improvements in the product and support teams during this time. We switched to ShipHawk primarily due to limitations with accurately rating LTL shipments on our previous platform. Smart Packing has worked very well for us; if there is an issue with the package(s) ShipHawk suggests, it is almost always due to an oversight with the dimension info in our catalog. The rules engine provides for an easy way to customize rates and services to your specific needs. When issues pop up, support works with us to correct both the affected records and also provides a long-term solution so we don't experience the same issue twice. Audit is very easy to set up and helps recover funds you may not otherwise have the time/staff to investigate, this was a good value add by ShipHawk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipHawk?

Support for multi-location fulfillment needs more work to be fully functional. Orders sometimes silently fail to sync to ShipHawk from our website. This has happened a few times for various reasons, but never the same reason twice and it is corrected. ShipHawk could be more tightly integrated with our website for supporting features like BOPIS and having alternate order update transactional emails for pickups vs. shipments. What do you like best about ShipHawk?

Honestly there is not much I like. Their system would work great for a small period of time, but it breaks frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipHawk?

Everything. Honestly the system lacks a lot. I wrote my previous reivew in a Beta environment. ShipHawk is not built to support medium to large businesses. They do not do the standard functions necessary for wholesale and distribution. Their system does not actively sync with NetSuite. Their employees are extremely pigeonholed in what they know how to do. They only know TMS and have a handful that can work on the WMS, and if something really breaks, you are paying for it out of pocket to get their engineering team involved. What do you like best about ShipHawk?

ShipHawk system is user friendly and a much more intuitive system than other platforms we've used. Training new employees is very quick and easy. We rarely have issues, but when we do their support is very quick to respond and resolve. Implementing the WMS sped up our pick/pack/ship process and increase our inventory accuracy. What do you like best about ShipHawk?

What i like most is the rate shop and that you are able to do rules for any shipping carrier and conditions, it has the smart packing and address validation wich saves you money and time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i dislike is that im not able to turn on or off PAck verification feature for specific warehouses, some warehousees i have are small and dont need the feature but others i do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipHawk?

ShipHawk was able to integrate with our WMS software which allowed us to remove many manual processes. In the distribution world seconds are important and there are other shipping programs that don't allow that automation forcing us to enter information redundantly. What do you like best about ShipHawk?

They were not a good fit for us due to some tertiary issues but Justin was incredibly helpful in steering me the right direction, offering advice on some pitfalls to avoid and even reached out to a competitor with an intro. Ease of use... the software is intuitive and easy to navigate, thus easy to write SOPs for and easy to train new employees with. The search bar is very helpful for all needs when you dont have 100% of the info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There needs to be more work done on the way ShipHawk works with Amazon FC fulfilment. There is a lot of room for growth in the software, for example: Hourly packing rates displayed in the UI updating hourly for use in productivity hourly reports, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipHawk?

Would highly recommend it to any person looking to implement a WMS or TMS; this would be the first place I would start. Use them to build your requirements for their system and compare them to the rest during your due diligence process. Ease of use of the product was key. Bringing a new approach into a fast-paced manufacturing environment is never easy. The product had to be easy to navigate and troubleshoot problems in processing in order to keep productivity up.
