It’s extremely user-friendly and very well organized. I haven’t worked much with integrations or project pricing requirements yet, but from what I’ve seen, its capabilities are more than enough to handle these regular project tasks. **What do you dislike about 4castplus?** There are zero complaints with 4castplus! I haven't used the software to its fullest potential, but I know it is capable of handling lots of responsibilities. **What problems is 4castplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Introducing Claude AI integrations into our company standards has helped us work more efficiently by reducing the labor required for simple tasks. It boosts individual performance and provides additional support when I need it. This supports new employees during onboarding and more. I do NOT involve myself with pricing or ROI budget integrations into 4castplus. There are times when we have over 100 project invoices per semi-monthly billing cycle. We have to drive into each project profile one by one to commit the invoice and generate the Excel invoice, entering the same information over and over again. For example, all we need to do is select the invoice date and the date parameters: May 16th invoice date and May 1-15th semi-monthly date parameters. We have mentioned this to the support team a few times. We can pull reports at will ourselves anytime during the month that reflects the performance to date, giving us a chance to make changes before the month closes. ### 4. While integration with our accounting system is still in progress, we are nearing that phase. When preparing a new purchase order and a rate change is identified, the rate must be updated directly in the cost rate table. The ability to search directly by project number is especially useful, because it saves me from having to look up the client first and then hunt down the right project. I also like that it shows my most recently used projects, so it’s quick to jump back in and keep going where I left off. Overall, it’s straightforward, efficient, and it saves me time. **What do you dislike about 4castplus?** When I generate a Timesheet Report, I can select a From Date and a To Date, and it then lists all projects within that time period. However, it would be much more helpful if I could also filter for specific projects and show only the details for those projects. **What problems is 4castplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using 4castplus, we used Excel to enter our timesheet hours, then printed everything out to submit to the accounting admin. Now we’re paper-free, and we can enter all the internal and external comments for reference as we go. We couldn’t find another lighter-weight product that still covered what we need.
