What do you like best about Zenoti?

Very feature rich. Lots of ways to tag, relate and report data. I also appreciate the integrations, including Aveda rewards system, and convenience of Zenoti payments. Primary support team (thank you Jesse and Karnika) has been very dedicated to the complex operation of migration and setup (still ongoing). What do you dislike about Zenoti?

The feature complexity comes at a steep cost. Configuration is not very intuitive, and often requires many steps to accomplish things that have been very simple in the past. Migration did not start off smoothly at all with employee schedules requiring a lot of manual intervention, which is really stressful for an appointment based business. In retrospect, I would have preferred spending more time stepping through every configuration option and less time on training in day to day operations, as once things are set up properly, that stuff is relatively easy to do. What do you like best about Zenoti?

Zenoti has been a game changer for HEALTH + GLOW. We love the innovative features, functionalities and reporting it has to offer. The whole process from demo to signing up to implementation to onboarding and going live was well organized, communicated and executed precisely. A big thank you to Manish Modani (Project Manager), Prabhu Jogan (Product Specialist), Harish Boddupalli (Technical Project Manager) and Disha (Implementation Consultant) for always being accessible and guiding us throughout the process. Zenoti has many layers and capabilities which might seem complex at first but once you do the training sessions and start working with Zenoti in real time, it all comes together and you wish you had signed up with Zenoti earlier. What do you like best about Zenoti?

What do you dislike about Zenoti?

Things on our apps and online keep randomly changing and then it will come back again. It can be pretty confusing to have access to things and then all of a sudden not have access. I also am paying for all the features but dont currently have access to them. Like the hyperconnect bot and client app. I signed on in November and its taken 2 months just to onboard onto the booking system and im sure it will take some time to get those other features up and running too. What do you like best about Zenoti?

I like that the booking process and flow with Zenoti is a lot better than what I was using before. It's now easier for our customers to book appointments with less time my staff has to spend on booking. The whole onboarding process is great, along with the rest of the Zenoti team's support. What do you dislike about Zenoti?

I would say having it set up not like a salon, but having the option to actually have rooms versus rooms being names of providers. What do you like best about Zenoti?

The many, many features. It has taken me weeks to feel like I understand it because there is so much complexity to the system. This can be good or back, but as long as you plan on a learning period, it is really slick. There are all the reports you'd ever need, the help team is incredible, the AI bot is so helpful in pulling information out when needed. This has been a great improvement from our previous system. What do you like best about Zenoti?

We have loved that it is completely customizable. It is very feature heavy, and considerations have been given to almost every scenario due to the multiple clients on the platform and time in business. Much has already been thought through and there are solutions for 99% of what I needed in my business.

I love the way we can categorize services into primary & secondary types for public display on our booking link. This helps new and existing clients find our services with ease.

There are some pretty simple things that they offer that I didn't get with my old platform that I am loving. Electronic & redeemable gift cards online. A referral program with each client having an auto-generated unique code to share. Prompting for tips on select services with a provider but withholding on others. Multiple & automated waivers/forms based on appointment type. etc. Like I mentioned, these are all pretty standard but were features that were missing on my old platform.

The migration of all my data, including payment tokens, forms, etc. was pretty impressive also. We have a ton of data, and I believe we will get it all to transfer. Having a dedicated account manager and migration specialist was crucial and they did a great job for us! Thanks Cami & Rakshith!

What do you dislike about Zenoti?

At first, the quantity of features was a bit overwhelming. There are just so many things you can do and it’s easy to get lost in the sauce early on. That slowly resolves itself overtime and becomes more of a perk than a hinderance.

I also wish that they had a direct phone line for their support team. Maybe they do but so far I have been chatting through the AI bot, then if I don't find an answer, it will give an option to connect to an agent, but it usually isn't very fast that someone connects. Once they do, they have been helpful with screenshots and have even sent links for a video call when needed.

Absolutely worth the switch. We opted for a full migration package, and the team was super helpful. There is no way I would be doing all of this myself. Our staff is enjoying the platform and learning as we go! Some quirks here and there but there has yet to be a platform that handles our offerings as cohesively as Zenoti. What do you like best about Zenoti?

Offers more features that are useful when booking that our previous software did not offer. Strong analytics and customizable reports. Online booking is much smoother as well for the guest. Our implementation team has been great to schedule daily calls with since going live to address any concerns or tweak our settings to work better with our needs. What do you dislike about Zenoti?

It's taking a bit to learn all the features b/c there are so many! Couples and group appointments are different than what we are used to and is taking time adjusting to learning the new booking and taking payment procedure for these specific appointments. Also wish it was an option to show the time of the appointment on the actual appointment without hovering over it. What do you like best about Zenoti?

Sanal and Jesse were always available during the transition to jump on a call. Jesse is actually a business owner of a Barbershop which made it easy when talking barbershop lingo. Sanal was very patient with me and was great at setting everything up correctly.

The software is allowing me to introduce Memberships to my customers across both locations and now I have a great app for my customers to download. There is so much to learn but definitely the right software to grow my business.
