
Very feature rich. Lots of ways to tag, relate and report data. I also appreciate the integrations, including Aveda rewards system, and convenience of Zenoti payments. Primary support team (thank you Jesse and Karnika) has been very dedicated to the complex operation of migration and setup (still ongoing). The feature complexity comes at a steep cost. Configuration is not very intuitive, and often requires many steps to accomplish things that have been very simple in the past. Migration did not start off smoothly at all with employee schedules requiring a lot of manual intervention, which is really stressful for an appointment based business. In retrospect, I would have preferred spending more time stepping through every configuration option and less time on training in day to day operations, as once things are set up properly, that stuff is relatively easy to do.
