What do you like best about Zenoti?

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with the onboarding process thus far.

Overall, we have been incredibly impressed—not only with the structure and progress of the onboarding, but more importantly, with the level of support we’ve received. Sudhanshu and Jesse Pooni have been nothing short of exceptional and truly redefine what customer service excellence looks like.

In particular, Sudhanshu has stood out for his ability to consistently exceed expectations. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering timely results have not gone unnoticed. We recognize that our volume of requests and pace has, at times, been significant, and he has handled it all with remarkable professionalism and composure—always staying solutions-focused and proactive.

Together, Sudhanshu and Jesse have navigated our questions, concerns, and requests with a level of expertise that is both reassuring and impressive. Their calm, confident, and thoughtful approach has made a meaningful impact on our experience.

What do you like best about Zenoti?

Very feature rich. Lots of ways to tag, relate and report data. I also appreciate the integrations, including Aveda rewards system, and convenience of Zenoti payments. Primary support team (thank you Jesse and Karnika) has been very dedicated to the complex operation of migration and setup (still ongoing). What do you dislike about Zenoti?

The feature complexity comes at a steep cost. Configuration is not very intuitive, and often requires many steps to accomplish things that have been very simple in the past. Migration did not start off smoothly at all with employee schedules requiring a lot of manual intervention, which is really stressful for an appointment based business. In retrospect, I would have preferred spending more time stepping through every configuration option and less time on training in day to day operations, as once things are set up properly, that stuff is relatively easy to do. What do you like best about Zenoti?

Onboarding experience exceeded expectations as Jesse was available to answer questions at anytime of the day. His knowledge of the salon industry and Zenoti help setup our system for success. If it wasn't for him, I don't think we would have been able to make the switch.

We have seen growth in our sales since switching and are becoming more familiar with the different features as there are so many to help us to grow our business. Jesse has continued to work with us after the switch to help us learn the system.

What do you like best about Zenoti?

Zenoti has been a game changer for HEALTH + GLOW. We love the innovative features, functionalities and reporting it has to offer. The whole process from demo to signing up to implementation to onboarding and going live was well organized, communicated and executed precisely. A big thank you to Manish Modani (Project Manager), Prabhu Jogan (Product Specialist), Harish Boddupalli (Technical Project Manager) and Disha (Implementation Consultant) for always being accessible and guiding us throughout the process. Zenoti has many layers and capabilities which might seem complex at first but once you do the training sessions and start working with Zenoti in real time, it all comes together and you wish you had signed up with Zenoti earlier. What do you like best about Zenoti?

Zenoti's customer support is definitely the most helpful part. They are extremely responsive. Zenoti is really easy to use, has a beautiful appointment book, offers robust reporting, and their HyperConnect messaging system is unmatched. I will say sometimes when you need to do something quite simple, there are a lot of small steps you need to take (like lots of buttons to click to get to that one simple task). What do you like best about Zenoti?

I like Zenoti's accessibility and the numerous profile features it offers. It enables me to access information quickly about each of our customers right at our fingertips. It allows us to populate and find information about clients easily. The initial setup was seamless, and I want to acknowledge the support provided by one of Zenoti's employees, Jesse Pooni Despite primarily supporting onboarding situations, he has provided ongoing support over the years, especially when purchasing new terminals or trying to reset existing ones. What do you like best about Zenoti?

What do you dislike about Zenoti?

Things on our apps and online keep randomly changing and then it will come back again. It can be pretty confusing to have access to things and then all of a sudden not have access. I also am paying for all the features but dont currently have access to them. Like the hyperconnect bot and client app. I signed on in November and its taken 2 months just to onboard onto the booking system and im sure it will take some time to get those other features up and running too. What do you like best about Zenoti?

I love that Zenoti has everything in one place, which is really well put together and makes our operations smoother. My favorite feature is Zennie, which allows me to type any question I have about the system and quickly get directions and suggestions. What do you dislike about Zenoti?

The clocking in option and possibly the mobile app could be improved. The calendar feels a little clunky, and I'd love to be able to pinch and zoom. When I'm on the calendar view with all my stylists, I'd like to click on any appointment and edit their information, but currently, I can only click on appointments under my own calendar. Also, I'd love to see the hyperconnect link on the bottom of the app screen because it's on the top right corner now and is very easy to miss, especially since it's pretty small. What do you like best about Zenoti?

I like that the booking process and flow with Zenoti is a lot better than what I was using before. It's now easier for our customers to book appointments with less time my staff has to spend on booking. The whole onboarding process is great, along with the rest of the Zenoti team's support. What do you dislike about Zenoti?

I would say having it set up not like a salon, but having the option to actually have rooms versus rooms being names of providers.
