There is very little to dislike about MindCloud. If I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be having more detailed documentation and training resources for advanced workflow configurations. We initially partnered with MindCloud to integrate our ERP with EHS Insight, implementing seven automated workflows that keep employee, equipment, job, and organizational data synchronized. This ensures our safety team always has current information for incident reporting, training compliance, and other safety initiatives.

The integrations are reliable, reduce manual effort, and help eliminate duplicate data entry and the associated data entry errors. MindCloud took the time to understand our processes and built solutions that fit our business needs.

Maybe setting up expectations a little bit better at the beginning. We were under the impression that we would gain the benefits of the integration between QuickBooks and Aspire within just a couple of months, but it took closer to six months. I don't know if that was simply because our situation was more complex, but just the expectations at the beginning could be better communicated to the customer.
