I'm not a fan of the "service unit" option and there isn't as much customization available as in other routing platforms that we've evaluated. **What problems is DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been able to inform our sales representatives, customer service agents, and managers realtime status updates of routes throughout the day. In the dashboard you will find information about how many deliveries were on time, how much was delivered or returned. Customers can easily see where the goods are located and see a time window in which the parcel will arrive. **What do you dislike about DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software?** The tracking on the map is a bit inaccurate, often roads are missing. I don't know if this is the problem with the gps from the devices or if the program has a bug. You can track your delivery vehicles and if something happens you can react accordingly in order to still be able to fulfill all orders. When delivering products you can also let the customer sign digitally so you dont have that much paper usage. The dashboard is well structured and contains a lot of useful information, such as deliveries, open orders etc. **What do you dislike about DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software?** The mobile app looks a bit outdated, but it still makes its job. Wish there was the ability to have two different messages; if there is that ability I am not aware of it. I am told that a service customer receives a message that says their delivery is scheduled for such and such a window. That can be confusing when they are only getting service. **Recommendations to others considering DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software:** If you are still manually routing and saving delivery documents online or filing hard copies, you are missing the boat! This is a great tool and timesaver. I cannot imagine going back to what we were doing before! **What problems is DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dispatch track stores all records of Delivery’s that are uploaded, including photos. This is awesome and means we don’t have to file hard copies or scan delivery information to a different storage platform. If a staff member needs copy of a delivery receipt, they can access it directly from dispatch track if the item was delivered. It has replaced our manual Delivery surveys and the manual calling of delivery windows. We are able to route more quickly and intelligently due to the built-in features. When team members use the option of adding notes to the delivery, it saves us time by not having to email or call other staff members to gather information. Dispatch track provides a great storage solution and communication platform. ### 12. There’s so much you are allowed to do using dispatch track. **What do you dislike about DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software?** The only thing I disliked about dispatch track was sometimes it will take a while for some information to load, or the timings will be a little off. However, the best ones are the ability to route customers over a delivery line in many areas. The ability to upload customer photos once delivery and set up is complete.
