Dtools Cloud is beneficial because it lets me log in and access everything on the go. **What do you dislike about D-Tools?** Updates are sometimes released with bugs, or with changes that don’t seem to have been as well thought out, communicated, or planned as they could have been. **What problems is D-Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dtools allow for invoicing directly from within the software. This is an added feature that is beneficial to our company. ### 2. The two most crucial solutions that SI provides is (1) disciplining the information related to any project, big or small, and (2) communicating and keeping relevant information centralized across all the team members. ### 4. I find the resource management , finance (budget) tracking , time tracking features very useful and use them on day to day basis. Task time tracking can be viewed in Gnatt chats representation which is very easy to understand. **What do you dislike about D-Tools?** Portfolio management option is not available in SI. Also Kanban project methodology is not very easy to use...it could be made little more user friendly. **What problems is D-Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resource tracking, Budget tracking, Time tracking .
