What do you like best about Birdeye?

I like that Birdeye gives me one place to manage reviews across all our locations. The dashboard is easy to work from day to day, and I can quickly see what needs a response, which locations are doing well, and where we may need to pay more attention. There are a lot of tools inside Birdeye, so it took me some time to figure out where everything lives. Some of the reporting and settings can feel a little buried at first. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I like Birdeye for its ease of use and the technical support they offer. It allows customers to request reviews easily and provides the ability to respond to them, either with automatic or manual approvals. The mass texting feature helps small businesses market to their clients regularly through a user-friendly platform. We use Birdeye for social media, where the platform is very easy to use, supporting posts to multiple platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. I truly enjoy the relationship with Birdeye, and the people there are great to work with. The setup process is very easy, and I appreciate the support we get from them. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I really appreciate how easy it is to use. I also like that reviews, referral tracking, and survey results are all conveniently gathered in one place, which makes it simple to find what I need without having to jump between different sections. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

What do you like best about Birdeye?

I like that I'm able to aggregate reviews for all of the company's locations across the US into one spot. It has been helpful in managing all of our listings as we have nearly 200 locations.

Reporting has been a key resource for us as well, we constantly deliver reports to our managers to show them how reviews have performed on a monthly basis.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

What I like best about Birdeye is how efficiently it centralizes reviews and customer feedback across multiple businesses. The automation around review requests has saved our team time while increasing response volume, and the ability to quickly monitor and respond from one platform has significantly improved our workflow.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

As a newer user of Birdeye, the main challenge has been the depth of the platform. There are a lot of features and capabilities available, which is a positive, but it does take time to fully learn how to use everything as effectively as possible—especially across multiple business locations.

We’re also still working through how to best align integrations with our existing systems, so additional guidance or best practices in that area would be helpful.

That said, the onboarding experience itself has been excellent. Shri, our onboarding specialist, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and clear throughout the process. I have been thrilled with everything Birdeye has done with us; they've worked with us to build out an enterprise system and have consistently improved it based on our feedback. I love their user-friendly and simple interface, which offers a lot of tools. You can use it at a surface level or dig deeper for more detailed reporting and issues. Their follow-up is tenacious when addressing any concerns we've raised, and we highly recommend Birdeye for its enterprise capabilities in online reputation and review management, including AI-integrated features like social posting, calendaring, and reporting. The one login that connects all employees gives us a ton of visibility, and their unlimited user policy lets us push information efficiently. We integrate Birdeye with Tableau and Salesforce, appreciating their prominent API feature, which aids reporting. Don't really have anything there. There's a few things when it comes to some time stamp when it comes to when we're responding and tagging different things. We use a lot of tags. For our internal team, that we can tag reviews as complete or responded to. Think we could really use some time stamps as well as potential user stamps when it comes to who is tagging different things in the different reviews or messages. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I use Birdeye for reputation management and take advantage of pretty much all of its AI tools. I love how it makes automating reviews easy, so we don't have to reach out to clients ourselves. Scheduling social media posts is a breeze, and the feature where it writes posts for us is fantastic—I simply approve them, and they go live. I'm also enjoying the Search AI, and while we're still learning more about it, I can already see it benefiting us by identifying gaps in our marketing. I like how easy and convenient it is to utilize Birdeye. Tasks that should take a lot more time can be done in a matter of minutes, if not seconds. I also value the reminder to reply to reviews, as it is so important for SEO and our reputation. The initial setup of Birdeye was really easy; I was using it within seconds of logging in. s a high-volume mortgage professional, my time is best spent structuring complex financing, not chasing administrative tasks. What I value most about Birdeye is how it integrates seamlessly into my workflow—specifically the automated triggers that request reviews the moment a loan hits the Clear to Close (CTC) or Closing milestone. It turns a manual 30-minute follow-up into a 'set and forget' system that ensures our 5-star reputation is reflected online without me having to personally micromanage the process. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Probably to have more reminders sent. Maybe, it's the settings that I have, though. The primary area for improvement is the reminder frequency and customization. I would prefer a system that allows for multiple follow-ups across different channels (SMS/Email) until the task is completed. Currently, it feels like if the client doesn't act on the first or second prompt, the opportunity is lost. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I find the Google auto-response feature in Birdeye very helpful, as our organization has a number of facilities and receives many reviews. I like the ability to have Google post auto responses, which is quite a time saver for me, ensuring reviews are responded to in a timely manner. I also appreciate that I can post a response if needed and manage responses to negative reviews personally. Additionally, I like that I can upload company assets to incorporate the vision and values of our facilities into the responses.
