What do you like best about Birdeye?

I like that Birdeye provides a simple way to reach out to clients, and it has a built-in campaign feature. Once I build the campaign, I can just sit back and watch it work for me. The functionality is great because it can execute things without me needing to trigger it every day. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

My only beef with them is their texting functionality. They don't allow you to schedule texting campaigns any more than a few hours in advance. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye is fairly easy to use and navigate once you’re in the platform and comfortable with all the tools. It offers so many different features, which is a big plus because we don’t need multiple software for different tasks - they’re all available on one website.

One of my favorite features Birdeye offers is review management. It’s really convenient to have auto-replies set up for our Google reviews, so I don’t have to constantly monitor them after hours, on weekends, or on my days off. I also like that if we receive a negative review that doesn’t trigger an auto-reply, Birdeye provides reply suggestions tailored to that specific review. That gives me a solid starting point to craft my own response. Customer support is also very helpful, and they're easy to reach when I have questions or need assistance. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

One of my main pain points with Birdeye is connecting our Instagram account. Our Facebook and Instagram accounts aren’t linked (which is a separate issue outside of Birdeye’s control), so I haven’t been able to integrate Instagram because Birdeye requires an Instagram login through Facebook. I wish there were an option to sign in to Instagram separately, without going through Facebook, so I could manage all of our social media accounts within one piece of software. I realize this is a fairly unique situation, so while it’s a real frustration for me, it’s probably not a problem for most other users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

We like how easy Birdeye is to use, especially when it comes to managing and handling reviews. Being able to push consistent business information to various websites is also a big value for us. Birdeye’s customer service has been great, and they always work to get things done right. Overall, the platform combines ease of use, strong customer support, and a number of cool features. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye has really made a difference for our business. Its easy to use and our team was able to get the hang of it quickly without a lot of training. Setting it up was very easy and their support team is always available to answer our questions and guide us through the process. We use it every day mainly for managing reviews and messaging customers and its full of features that actually make our jobs easier. It also works smoothly with our existing systems, so everything works together without any headaches. Overall it’s been a great tool for staying connected with our customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

One thing I wish were easier is the ability to reply to reviews on every site. It would be so much more convenient if platforms like the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, and Best Company could be linked, so we wouldn’t have to go directly to each site to respond. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye is very user-friendly and offers convenient filtering options, making it easy to find exactly what you need without hassle. I find it extremely helpful to be able to view, track, monitor, update, respond to, and manage reviews from all platforms and locations, all on a single page. I use Birdeye daily. It is easy to integrate a new business profile and link it to my Birdeye profile. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I wish there were more customizable features available for easier access and improved layout options. It would also be helpful to have additional ways to organize tickets and reviews beyond just creating tags—perhaps with pre-made or automated tags, as well as color-coordinated features. Additionally, I would appreciate a feature that lets me send email reminders to specific employees who forget to leave notes on tickets, so they are reminded about the urgency of our ticket follow-ups. What do you like best about Birdeye?

We have been using Birdeye's services since July 2023 and our reputation management has been streamlined and really successful from our standpoint. I really don't have many complaints—they are consistently responsive and helpful. My only issue is with their pricing, which tends to be fairly standard for everyone.
