What I like best about Birdeye is how it centralizes customer reviews, messaging, and reputation management in one platform. It makes it easy to monitor customer feedback, respond quickly, and gain insights that help improve the overall customer experience. The interface is user-friendly, and the automation features save significant time while helping maintain a strong online presence.

What I like best about Birdeye is how it centralizes customer reviews, messaging, and online reputation management in one easy-to-use platform. **What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

One area where Birdeye could improve is its customization options for certain automated campaigns and workflows, which can feel somewhat limited for businesses with more complex needs. The platform also has a wide range of features, so there can be a learning curve for new users trying to take full advantage of everything it offers. Additionally, some reporting and analytics views could be more flexible and easier to customize for specific business requirements.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye has a large suite of products to help any business succeed.  From Local Listing Management, Experience Management, Online Reputation Management to Social Media Management.  We use their Local Listing and Online Reputation Management and have been for years.  It has helped us establish consistent business listing information online and increase the number of reviews we receive each month.

They have a great interface and mobile application as well which makes using the product easy especially since you are in it on a daily basis.  It is easy to setup and if you have any issues they have great customer support.

Their online chat feature works well with businesses who value quick connection with customers. When the customer is on their website and reaches out the business can instantly interact with them to help convert the customer.  While there are some spam contacts over 80% have been legitimate.   It is easy to integrate the chat feature into the website as well as the reviews link and reviews rating.

The application runs well and is easy to use online or on your phone.  The newer AI features seem to work well although I am not always sure what the real difference is from the old non AI products.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Birdeye is a little more expensive than some of their competitors.  Sometimes I get frustrated with what is included and what is an additional cost.  It is not always clear until you add it and get billed for it.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having consistent reviews online is important and Birdeye makes this easy.  Their tool does the work to solicit reviews and follow-up with individuals who have not reviewed and help them to do so.  They also provide an easy to use communication / online chat tool.  This helps you connect with potential customers and turn leads into conversions.  Their easy to use local listing management will help keep business information in sync across business directorys.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I like how Birdeye has continued to grow each year, bringing on new products, with social media being a big one. The inbox feature is really critical for us to communicate with our customers, which is the biggest piece we utilize. Social media allows us to post to multiple channels at once, making it very convenient. Additionally, the inbox allows one-on-one texting without any charge, keeping us in touch with our customers, which is something many businesses overlook. I also found the initial setup very easy, especially with the help of videos in all modules which made it straightforward. Birdeye is really a good product for reputation management.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I think they need to have a phone system, and they're working on that. Their email marketing could be better. I think they're a little lax on it, but they have a program they're currently working on. We're not disappointed, and the things that we think can be improved on, they currently are working on.

**Recommendations to others considering Birdeye:**

Do not price be a deciding factor. You will not be disappointed the results and the results assist you in retention which allows you time to grow your client base.

I use Birdeye for reputation management, letting us communicate with customers beyond their initial experience. It provides an inbox for back and forth communication, gathers online reviews, and posts to multiple social media channels from one platform, simplifying engagement.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

What I value most about Birdeye is how seamlessly it allows our individual loan originators to access the platform, monitor their performance, and quickly reply to feedback using its efficient built-in AI tools. The software also streamlines our marketing by automatically transforming those positive client reviews into polished social media posts to keep our feeds active with strong social proof. 

Beyond day-to-day management, users consistently praise their highly responsive, 24/7 customer support team for providing fast, helpful assistance whenever technical questions or onboarding needs arise. On a strategic level, businesses highlight the software's immense return on investment (ROI), noting that automated SMS review campaigns heavily accelerate review volume, which directly translates into a powerful boost for local SEO and Google visibility. 

Ultimately, by combining clear performance dashboards that track employee-level responsiveness with dependable customer service, Birdeye gives team-centric businesses a complete communication powerhouse that moves the needle on revenue and lead generation. 

Lastly, I like that it integrates well with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. My LOs are able to pull up the reviews. change the background to fit their aesthetic and upload them straight to their social media platforms easy peezy!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

While Birdeye delivers powerful results, the platform's user interface can feel incredibly overwhelming and convoluted, especially when managing a team with multiple individual loan originators. The dashboard tries to pack too much data onto the main screen, making it frustratingly difficult to quickly locate a specific loan officer's profile, track their individual metrics, or even distinguish exactly whose reviews you are currently looking at without a clunky, multi-step navigation process. 

They severely need to streamline and simplify the face of the platform so branch managers can analyze employee-level performance at a glance without getting lost or confused in the clutter. 

Beyond the messy interface, other users frequently point out minor but persistent frustrations, such as the AI-generated responses occasionally feeling repetitive and generic if not manually tweaked. 

Additionally, the system sometimes experiences lag when updating review statuses, lacks native publishing support for modern social media formats like TikTok or live videos, and features a steep learning curve that requires considerable time and training for new team members to fully master.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye solves my biggest headache of managing a scattered online presence and wasting hours on reputation strategy by centralizing my local search visibility, review generation, and client messages into a single automated hub. By streamlining review collection right after a transaction, the platform rapidly accelerates our feedback volume, which really boosts our Google visibility and builds instant credibility for my team. 

It completely fixes my engagement roadblocks with built-in AI tools that draft polished, context-aware replies for me, keeping our clients happy while saving me tons of time every single day. Plus, it automatically turns our best testimonials into active social media posts and pulls messages from dozens of networks into one place, giving my individual team members total control over their digital footprint without the friction of bouncing between a million different apps.

I really value the all-in-one dashboard. Having reviews, social media, listings, and customer messaging in one place eliminates the need to jump between different apps or platforms. It makes managing our online presence much more streamlined and consistent.

There are some functionalities that we would love to be included in some of their modules, like social AI, for it to be better suited in an agency.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I really like the automated responses when we receive reviews. I also appreciate how user-friendly the portal is and how easy it is to navigate. The Google Analytics integration is another great addition that helps with streamlining. Overall, we’re certainly getting our money’s worth from this product, since it provides a lot of insight across our departments and helps us identify areas of strength and weakness. The process is quick and effective. We also know instantly when receiving a review and trust that the automated response will work. Support and onboarding was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

My only dislike is that on the URL page, we sometimes have guests click on "contact us directly" and send us a positive review. Therefore, we miss out on publishing those 5-star reviews.

I’ve really appreciated the automated responses and AI-powered review summaries—they save both me and my team valuable time while ensuring consistent messaging. It’s incredibly convenient to monitor and respond to reviews and surveys all in one place through a single dashboard. The analytics Birdeye provides are especially valuable for our hospital, offering clear insights into customer sentiment and identifying opportunities to improve our services and operations. Birdeye offers a robust set of features, which can present a slight learning curve for new users. It may take some time to fully understand how the platform works and to maximize all of its capabilities.

Many satisfied customers don’t usually leave reviews on their own. Manually reaching out for feedback can feel awkward, can lead to inconsistent responses, and it takes up a lot of time. With Birdeye, after each client interaction—whether it’s a purchase or a service appointment—the system automatically sends a text message or email with a direct link so the customer can leave a review on platforms like Google, Yelp, or other industry-specific sites. Since using it, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in the number of reviews we receive, and they’re often more detailed—especially the positive ones, which frequently include photos.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

It has been a great tool for automatically reaching out to patients and encouraging them to leave reviews, while seamlessly displaying those reviews across our various platforms without requiring our team to manually enter patient information, log into multiple systems, or create posts highlighting top reviews. The integration process was smooth and worked seamlessly with all of our existing systems.

Additionally, whenever we encounter an issue or need assistance troubleshooting, the support team is easy to reach and provides prompt, helpful resolutions.

One feature we particularly appreciate is the ability for patients to provide private feedback about their experiences if they are not comfortable posting a public review. This allows us to address any concerns directly, improve their experience, and make their next visit even better. Overall, it has been an efficient and valuable tool for both patient engagement and practice growth.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

There is not much that I do not like about Birdeye. The only thing that I would like to make easier is to block or remove patients that we would not like to receive a review message.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are making sending campaigns or massive emails/texts for upcoming promotions that we are offering easier to do and allowing us to add more information and allowing AI templates to help us get started in what we are wanting to display. I love how they helped solve our problem of when and what we are posting where with their Social AI calendar. Is has helped us have all of our information in one spot and see all of our offices and platforms in one area.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

The integrations across so many different platforms has been a game changer for our social media and review engagement. Another aspect that has saved us a great deal of time is being able to manage and automate office listings, marketing posts, review responses, etc. for several locations at once.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

It would be incredible if Birdeye could feed updated information back into our scheduling software. For example, if an email bounces back as non-deliverable, I’d love for it to be flagged or marked in some way so our team knows to update it the next time we interact with that client.

The only other thing I haven’t loved is that, when we were interested in adding mass texting capabilities, we discovered our initial integration wasn’t sufficient. We tried to update our integration using an SFTP file transfer; however, there wasn’t a quick or simple way to filter the necessary data from our software into the correct format to support further integration.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye has given our seven locations the ability to consolidate social media, email campaigns, review requests, and online inquiries/leads in one place. It saves us hours each week by automating review requests nightly, letting us create social media posts and schedule them across multiple platforms for all locations at once, and enabling us to communicate with online inquiries/leads in real time. It's easy to use and is customizable to fit our needs.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye is user-friendly and offers a wide range of features to help you get the most out of your reviews. The reporting tools are helpful, and the customer support is excellent. The response time from both the Birdeye reps and backend support team is timely, and they are always willing to hop on a call for additional assistance. Anytime we’ve needed to integrate something new, they’ve made the process smooth and easy. Overall, the platform’s usability and high level of customer service make Birdeye a tool our team highly recommends.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The main downside to Birdeye is that the AI feature does not currently learn or adapt to your company’s brand voice over time. Because of this, the responses it generates do not always align with our messaging, making the feature less useful for our team. However, we’ve heard there are plans to introduce a brand voice feature, which is great to hear. Additionally, Birdeye no longer integrates with Yelp, which means we now have to log into Yelp separately to monitor and respond to those reviews.

Birdeye makes it easy to manage reviews across all of our communities and entities from one centralized platform. Since we receive reviews frequently, having everything organized in one place helps our team stay efficient with review responses. It simplifies the review management process, improves organization, and helps ensure no reviewer goes unnoticed. The reporting tools are another great feature, giving our onsite teams valuable insight into review trends and actionable feedback they can apply moving forward. Overall, Birdeye has become a daily tool for our team and has greatly improved the way we manage and monitor reviews.

So many different features have saved me an enormous amount of time. The AI review response agent has been especially valuable — it analyzes sentiment, urgency, and even images to craft personalized, on‑brand replies. With seven dental offices, managing a high volume of reviews across multiple practices can become tedious, but this platform has genuinely freed up a significant portion of my day.

Birdeye’s interface is clean, intuitive, and clearly designed for efficiency. The dashboard brings reviews, messages, listings, and analytics into one simple, easy‑to‑navigate hub. For a multi‑location practice, the ability to toggle between offices or apply updates across all locations at once is a major advantage and eliminates so much repetitive work.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I use Birdeye for everything across our company, from getting reviews to connecting our social media accounts. It solves many of our problems, and the amount of Google reviews we've received has been amazing. I love the friendly user experience and the ease of finding anything we are searching for. They have incredible webinars, bringing in speakers from all over the globe and keeping us up to date on trends with socials and algorithms. It’s simply an amazing program, and I wish we would have switched sooner. The initial setup was amazing—they basically did everything, and we just needed to create logins and passwords.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I’ve been using Birdeye for about 2 years, and the biggest value is having reviews, customer messages, and location-level feedback all in one place. The dashboard is easy to check daily, and it saves a lot of time compared to jumping between different review sites. I also like the AI/review insights because it helps spot common customer issues faster.

All of our reps have been amazing! We appreciate the responsiveness that they all have.  I love that we can 
respond to reviews right from the Birdeye dashboard and not have to log into each platform individually!  I also love the dashboard so that I can see a quick snapshot of our overall reviews, our ratings on the top three review sites, our conversion rates for both mobile and email, our reviews over time and our NPS score and visitor summary.  

Also, the reporting feature is super easy to use!  The standard reports are powerful but you can also customize them for what you need.  An added bonus is that we receive our FB & IG messenger messages on the platform also.  We recently added surveys and those are working beautifully!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The ONLY thing I dislike is that the phone number and email address that is used for patient texting and emailing is a 2-way line.  We often have patients text, call or email for questions, issues, etc.  I cannot wait for an enhancement that make it a "do not reply".

We are partnering wqith Sahil who is knowledgeable and friendly. He helps me with coordinating review request campaigns at my different rental properties.

I don't like having to resize photos for posts that I am sharing to Insta and FB. I wish it was automatic.

The calls can get sales-y. We do not want more products than we have had.
