What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye has really made a difference for our business. Its easy to use and our team was able to get the hang of it quickly without a lot of training. Setting it up was very easy and their support team is always available to answer our questions and guide us through the process. We use it every day mainly for managing reviews and messaging customers and its full of features that actually make our jobs easier. It also works smoothly with our existing systems, so everything works together without any headaches. Overall it’s been a great tool for staying connected with our customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

One thing I wish were easier is the ability to reply to reviews on every site. It would be so much more convenient if platforms like the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, and Best Company could be linked, so we wouldn’t have to go directly to each site to respond. We are able to see the reviews on Birdeye but have to reply directly on their original site as opposed to google which is linked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye is very user-friendly and offers convenient filtering options, making it easy to find exactly what you need without hassle. I find it extremely helpful to be able to view, track, monitor, update, respond to, and manage reviews from all platforms and locations, all on a single page. I use Birdeye daily. It is easy to integrate a new business profile and link it to my Birdeye profile. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I wish there were more customizable features available for easier access and improved layout options. It would also be helpful to have additional ways to organize tickets and reviews beyond just creating tags—perhaps with pre-made or automated tags, as well as color-coordinated features. Additionally, I would appreciate a feature that lets me send email reminders to specific employees who forget to leave notes on tickets, so they are reminded about the urgency of our ticket follow-ups. What do you like best about Birdeye?

We have been using Birdeye's services since July 2023 and our reputation management has been streamlined and really successful from our standpoint. All of our locations appreciate the ease with which we can stay on top of our reviews and assist customers as needed through the feedback we receive. I really don't have many complaints—they are consistently responsive and helpful. My only issue is with their pricing, which tends to be fairly standard for everyone. Since our company has some locations that are smaller than others, we have to allocate our funds differently, and a more flexible pricing structure would be helpful. Some features can feel overwhelming at first due to the breadth of the platform, and not every tool is equally intuitive out of the box. For teams that don’t use the platform daily, ongoing training and enablement are important to ensure adoption. What do you like best about Birdeye?

The Birdeye interface is user-friendly, and navigating through the interface is straightforward, for the most part. Our team at our 11 transmission shops has fully embraced the software, and we've seen our reviews increase by approximately 200%. Birdeye's leadership / customer service team is always very responsive, friendly, and happy to review/implement modifications I've recommended, if possible. The AI options are wonderful as it provides really cool options, and are extremely user-friendly! Would definitely recommend this software to anyone who needs help getting and managing reviews, as well as popular business listings!!

We send out text review requests daily!

Each of our 11 locations has its own requirements, and most already use software with overlapping features—so we don’t use every option provided. Birdeye stays on the cutting edge of adding new features continuously. If you don't have time to keep up with online Marketing, Birdeye fills that void quite a bit by offering add-ons that make reporting and marketing easier to manage! What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The AI review response suggestions can be improved by adding in keyword phrases to assist with 'Google Juice', and adding the city within the response. Example "Our transmission shop in Memphis TN."

The "Listings AI" is 85% ineffective for our business. We are not an 'auto repair shop' and most of the suggestions are not related to our business.

The 'reports' feature is confusing - esp. the section that shows the number of email messages sent - this number is always off for our company. There are too many columns and they are labeled in a very confusing way. Perhaps 'renaming' more of the columns so they are user-friendly would help. I often have to reach out to customer service as the column names are truly indicative of what stat they are providing (to me).

IF Yelp ever allowed Birdeye to include their reviews, without paying, it would be nice! We don't get enough Yelp reviews to pay -and- most Yelpers are complainers, so we don't want more Yelp reviews!

The Google Business Profile "Ask for Directions" stats should truly not be displayed as this stat is inaccurate. I can confirm this with my own business. No one has ever showed up at my door, yet ~48 people ask for directions each month, per Google. Wildly inaccurate! Please delete this from your stats - it makes me question other stats when I see this and know that no one has ever knocked on my door!

The scheduling feature is nice, but we only use Facebook and we use the scheduling feature on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compared to other local listings management platforms, Birdeye makes it so much easier to manage both single-location clients and clients that have multiple locations. I use the platform daily, and it is easy to go in and check for updates that need to be implemented to listings, implementing those updates, as well as to integrate clients into the platform. The main gap for me is the lack of a heat map for service area businesses. Since my client relies on clear visibility into how we perform across different neighborhoods, a heat map would add real value.
