I don't like that when I open Outlook, my latest email automatically opens and gets marked as Read. Or simply any previewed email gets labelled as Read. I like how universal it is, it's the go to for email correspondence, which means there's parity in both knowledge and skillset between different departments. Trying to use it to send out designed and branded email templates can be a nightmare. So many things break so easily when developing an email that goes out to all of our employees.
