I like the integrations with other softwares although there are limitations and issues most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't love the functionality and the user experience. It works well with the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite, but I really miss when we used Google Workspace. It was more intuitive, less clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not find Microsoft Outlook to be user-friendly nor attractive as I did find Gmail to be. I find it a bit harder to navigate, to sync with other apps and not slow down the software. It seems to operate a bit slower on a Mac computer. I wish it was easier to navigate, had better typing capabilities, and more modern looking emojis. I like that there is a simple email address for my name available, but ultimately I'm stuck using this platform to avoid changing my email address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything else. It's clunky, outdated, not incorporated into any browsers or desktop apps, and the absolute worst at filtering junk mail. Thankfully, I am able to use the Apple Mail app on my phone, but any time I need to log on to the desktop version for something, it's like stepping back in time nearly 20 years. Not to mention the fact that so many platforms are fully integrated with Google and Apple, but next to none are integrated with Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful thing about Outlook are all the bugs. I don't even know where to begin with all the all the issues I have with Outlook.
