This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026 **What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?** Superhuman mail has been a serious game-changer for my productivity; - I now routinely get to the bottom of my inbox rather then being swamped by mail because of the segregated inbox function where priority emails are always pushed to the top. - I find great efficiencies with the AI search function where it can scan my inbox to answer contextual questions about an email I sent weeks or months ago. - I really also love the clean look of their UI, far less cluttered and serene than my standard inbox view. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** My only criticism is that at times I do find it hard to locate emails that may be seen as 'SPAM' and are auto-filtered by the tool away from my inbox... emails like those pesky one-time codes to access other online portals etc. BUt seriously, that's it! **What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Superhuman mail is helping to provide order to my inbox... My inbox is no longer just a capture of emails in chronological order of arrival, Superhuman helps to filter them by priority in the split inbox view (I never miss a signature request for instance... they are always bubbled to the top and filed separately as 'Signatures'). I really like how Superhuman Mail integrates with my Google Calendar. When I'm drafting an email and talking about a specific day, I can see my calendar on the right-hand side. Directing less important emails to other folders or deferring them also helps greatly. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** This is not so much an indictment of superhuman, but of us as humans, and the way we have been using email for years. I really had to rewire my brain before I could fully commit to being superhuman. Mainly, and this can be a barrier for most, if you use M365/Outlook in the organization. For a while, I had to be in both clients - now I am about 97% superhuman. Triaging hundreds of daily email messages, both automatically, and with the ability to defer for later. Most recently, I will compose a response using the AI assistant, sometimes sending the entire thing as automatically written. I think this barrier will decrease over time, but the learning curve is steep (compared to others) and it's more expensive per seat. For example, when I'm using the AI assistant in the side panel to create a calendar event, the event gets saved on my calendar, but the panel still shows the email with options to cancel or save it, leading to confusion.
