
My favorite customer management tools within HawkSoft are email integration, the policy suspense tool, and the daily download reports. Our Agency has used this system for many years for all lines of business. It is very easy to learn and they offer training tools within Hawksoft for new agents. Their customer support team is wonderful and very responsive when needing technical or functional system support. I love the customer text abilities as it is very easy to use and manage.
