What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer does absolutely excel at allowing us the wonderful opportunity to create a tremendously rich, developing story about an individual client. We can follow each conversation and point of decision-making over years and this gives us unparalleled history on its side. Its search tools are diabolically strong, it can retrieve that one arcane piece of data brought up in one of the meetings notes that are years old and with alarming precision. There are no visual problems with associating various information such as project deliverables with a client meeting and the internal strategy session, which makes the whole picture. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

The built in calendar view is a bit cumbersome, its too inflexible and ties different types of appointments in a single bucket. It usually goes back to the general overview tab after an update to a client account instead of staying on my custom view which is a small pain. What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer has given me the best feature of being able to record the minute details of our relationships with our clients. There is a benefit of keeping record of particular family dynamics and different asset preferences that is important in our bespoke services. It is also good at following detailed communications over years so that we have everything we need to look back on every interaction with a client. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

It can be slightly complicated to construct custom report templates in Maximizer. Without a specified IT person it will require certain degree of digging to ensure that you get what you exactly need. The mobile app also has a touch of less intuitive quick note taking of very detailed notes following a meeting. What do you like best about Maximizer?

Using Maximizer open up various possibilities and simplify process to manage customer information, not only common details like contact information, but data like previous sales history, communication history, and lead quality scoring is all saved in one cloud storage. Connecting and implement it to integrate with CRM center is flawless, data transfer and sharing is done with one click process, it need no complex data transfer process and it can be done under one minute. Use it on-the-go from mobile phone as daily software give the flexibility for a field sales/marketer agent, it is regarded as a critical platform for marketing management platform in our company. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Some issues to generate analytics report, not many customization or edits can be make on the report form, only a standard report that include daily/weekly activity, agents performance and customer activity heatmap. What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer keeps every client interaction, note, and email tied to the right record. I have been using Maximizer every day for over 25yrs now and it has helped me save time and stay organized when servicing my clients. Even when compliance reviews come around, you have everything in one place, easy to find. Compliance loves me!!! Maximizer is very easy to use and while I have not used the customer support except to import notes from another system years ago they are always there to help. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer is so unique for sales pipeline customization to create pipeline that follow our unique sales processes, we can add different rules, fields or price calculation easily. Simple workflow process builder to create series of steps that sales agent need to follow to recreate sales pipeline success, easy to implement it with our current HRIS system and don't need to switch to other system because they can customized the API token to work with almost every marketing software. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Try to use it everyday as a remote marketing agent is not easy, they have no mobile application that I can use on the go, I have to always bring my laptop to access the platform, which is not flexible for me to bring it for on-field marketing work. What do you like best about Maximizer?

Loved how active their customer support and customer success manager team, in less than a day, we are contacted and offered a hand to setting-up the platform with our others software stack for sales and marketing. They also offered a free training session for related worker that will using this software for free, the session is quick as the learning curves isn't too complex. I also love how easy to use many of the tools, especially to track customer contact information, lead interaction, and conversation history of our customers. Just some lacking with the integration option that are available to connect with Maximizer, if they can provide for more option, I will fully recommend this software with my friends. Maximizer optimize campaign management for multi-channel marketing campaign easily, social media network advertisement, email marketing and SEO optimization is easy to be track and configure in this platform. I loved how simple it is to store and filter subscriber list management for email marketing automation, nothing too advance that usually make the process complex, the A/B testing help to test which email content or subscription audience is compatible with current campaign. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Lack of integration connection option, some of marketing tools that we use isn't available to connect. We use it as separate operation outside Maximizer, it would be much more easier if the work can be done inside the platform itself. What do you like best about Maximizer?

The best part to me is that with the help of Maximizer our small team can handle client projects more as a whole. The built-in aspects of project management, primarily, the assignment of tasks and tracking progress, ensure that all people are on the same page. Another useful thing is the mobile application, which I use to take notes on site visits and which was previously lost in the mix. One of the areas that I find challenging is the first seeding of custom dashboards, my time to seed the specific report that I wanted was more. I would also like a better integration of our internal document storage, in which case we are seeking a faster way of locating files. What do you like best about Maximizer?

The lead scoring system of Maximizer has been an eye opener to our sales team. It also makes a smart outreach priority, meaning that it gives priority to potential customers that are most likely to turn. I am also fond of the custom reporting dashboards; they can be used to easily see the health of our pipeline at a glance without having to search through a variety of screens. It is a little clunky occasionally when attempting to look into detailed customer history on the go. I also have also discovered that the process of configuring automated email sequences is not as user-friendly as I would have expected and requires some trial and error. The best thing about Maximizer is that it is highly customizable when it comes to the records of clients. We are able to customise fields to monitor very specific project information and preferences, making us able to be proactive regarding client requirement. The summary of the activity also gives a full chronicle of each thread of interactions at the point of a handover to the other team in the instantaneous manner. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

A small nuisance is complexity of initial setup of advanced reporting filters. Some trial and error goes into finding the exact slice of data that we require. Additionally, the mobile application is a bit constrained when it comes to making notes in a full-scale manner during the off-site visits with the clients and may have to be followed-up through the desktop system.
