Maximizer simplified customer contact management for our legal and sales teams, it also allow us to negotiate terms, amendments, and ensure compliance within the CRM. When a deal is ready to close, the quote and order managements tools let us to generate custom quotes instantly, it has shortening our sales cycle. Another highlight is with their seamless integration with Outlook, we can log an interaction or attach a signed contract to a client's record directly from our email inbox, which has keeps our document management is perfectly synced without manual upload. I also use the cloud version of Maximizer apps daily, and having all this information accessible via mobile apps means I can pull up all document and analytic report in real-time, whether they are in the office or on a tablet at a client site. Implementation wise, it is easy to setup when migrating our legacy data and setting up our custom templates in less than two weeks with proactive customer support assistant. Most of my experience is positive, but has some issue with role permission. Maximizer make it difficult to change user permission levels for accessing sensitive document, I can't restrict individual files without changing a user's entire role.
