"Reliable, but with some excessive slowness"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is that it puts everything in one place: email, calendar, appointments, and contacts. You don't have to jump from one app to another, and that's something that saves a lot of time.

I also like that it's very organized: emails are easy to read, you quickly find what you're looking for, and you don't have that feeling of chaos that other mailboxes sometimes give.

Another convenient thing is the integrated calendar: just one click and you see all the appointments, meetings, and deadlines, without having to open anything extra.

In general, Outlook really gives the impression of being reliable: it works, it's clean, and it's made for those who work and want something that doesn't waste their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What I don't like about Outlook, using it every day for work, is that sometimes it becomes really slow. When you have many emails to manage or need to switch from one calendar to another, it always seems to take that extra second... and when you're under pressure, you definitely notice it.

Another aspect is that it's full of features, but not all of them are intuitive. When you just need to do something simple, you always end up wasting time searching through menus and settings that aren't exactly straightforward.

And, honestly, the interface is a bit rigid. It does its job, sure, but it's not exactly the freshest or most convenient thing to use every day.

In summary: it works, but for an app I use for work every day, I would like it to be a bit faster and simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Email Helper"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I like that it holds all my emails. So many emails for work and home, it keeps them good. It's easy to see my new emails and send replies. The calendar is also good. I put my appointments there so I don't forget. This is very helpful for me. I use it every day, many times. It has many features but I only use the simple ones. It works, that's the best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Sometimes it is little slow to open. And finding old emails can be hard. The search is not always good, I type the words and it does not show me what I need. That is annoying when I am busy. Setting up a new email account was hard one time, I needed help. I don't know about customer support because I never called them, my friend just helped me. Sometimes too many features make it confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-one platform for email, calendar, and collaboration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I appreciate how Microsoft Outlook brings together all my communication, scheduling, and task management in a single platform. The interface feels intuitive and familiar, making navigation straightforward, and I like how seamlessly it syncs between desktop and mobile devices. Features like the focused inbox, robust search, and integrated calendar help me save valuable time, especially on hectic workdays. I also value its smooth integration with Teams and other Microsoft 365 apps, which streamlines collaboration and minimizes the need to constantly switch between different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

While Outlook offers a lot of powerful features, I sometimes find it slow, particularly when managing large mailboxes or several accounts at once. The interface may appear somewhat cluttered to new users, and some features—such as rules and search filters—are not always straightforward to use. There are also occasional syncing issues between the desktop and mobile versions, which sometimes require me to refresh manually. Although these drawbacks are relatively minor compared to the overall benefits, they do occasionally affect my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Email Management with Helpful Features"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I love how easy Microsoft Outlook is to use; the step-by-step setup process made it straightforward for me to understand and operate. The 'Out of Office' feature is fantastic because it automatically informs my contacts about my availability, especially when I'm out of state. I find immense value in the ability to organize my emails efficiently with the folder creation feature. The signature options provide a professional touch to my emails, and the ability to undo sent emails is a lifesaver when I make mistakes. Another refreshing aspect is the seamless integration with Microsoft Teams, enhancing my workflow. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the current features Outlook offers. "Effortless Email Organization and Seamless Sync Across Devices"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

MS Outlook is very cool because it helps me keeping all the emails in order. I can make folders and stuff to sort them. And its calender, where I can plan all my appoinetments and get reminded of them, in case I forget. I can even make a to do list in it. It works best with other MS applications. And can use it over laptop, phone and tab, it is always in Sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I feel it gets slow when there are multiple emails. There are so many buttons that some times it becomes hard to find what are you looking for. The search is not up to the mark. It gives random results sometimes. The settings are little difficult to understand and tough to change the things as required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Email and Calendar Integration Boosts Productivity"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Outlook is its ability to keep everything organized in a single location. Managing my emails, calendar, and tasks all together makes it much easier for me to stay on top of my schedule and respond promptly. I find the calendar integration and reminders particularly useful for maintaining productivity and ensuring I don't miss any important meetings or deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One thing I find frustrating about Microsoft Outlook is that it often feels slow and cluttered, particularly when managing a large volume of emails. Additionally, certain settings and features are hidden deep within menus, making them difficult to locate. Learning to use all of its tools efficiently can also be time-consuming. "Versatile Email Management with Beneficial Recall Feature"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I really like Microsoft Outlook for its ability to bring multiple helpful tools into one email platform. This feature significantly saves my effort and time. The recall tool, in particular, is a standout for me because it allows me to modify or redirect emails sent to the wrong recipient, which is incredibly beneficial. Additionally, the time management and integrated communication features are very useful for enhancing my workflow and productivity. I also appreciate the seamless access to other Office tools like Word and Excel, which integrate smoothly with emails, improving efficiency across different tasks. The ability to link Microsoft Outlook with OneDrive for archiving emails and managing large attachments is another feature that I find extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I dislike the complexity of controlling the front face of emails when I want to reprint them, as it isn't straightforward or user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete and Crucial Integration to Communicate"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I have been using Microsoft Outlook for about 6 years and I use it daily to manage all my emails, both business and personal. I have always found it to be an excellent tool. The setup is quite simple, thanks to the new Outlook app that basically requires you to follow your credentials without the need for additional complex configurations. Microsoft Outlook solves significant problems in corporate communication, facilitating the sending of emails, documents, and sharing information, which is a great benefit for me. The calendar is vital for me, as well as the integration with other Microsoft tools, such as OneNote, which allows for total control of information and managing tasks to my liking. The integration of Outlook with the Windows operating system is extremely valuable, as it is constantly updated and integrates perfectly with the system. This keeps me hooked on Outlook and I consider it an essential tool, especially when working with Windows. Finally, I find that Microsoft Outlook is a vital tool today, especially for handling emails and contacts, sending and sharing documents, making it essential to have. "Review for Outlook"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is an excellent tool for managing both emails and work schedules efficiently. What I like best is its seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and Teams, which makes multitasking and collaboration smooth. I often review attachments directly within Outlook, edit documents without leaving the platform, and quickly set up meetings through the Teams integration. This interconnected workflow saves me a lot of time and keeps my work more organized.

The focused inbox and smart filtering features also help me prioritize important messages and reduce email clutter. I particularly appreciate the calendar and task management tools — they make scheduling meetings, setting reminders, and tracking deadlines incredibly easy. The search function is fast and reliable, even with large mailboxes.

In terms of performance, the desktop app works flawlessly both online and offline, allowing me to respond to emails and manage my schedule anytime. I also find the mobile app very handy for quick updates while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Overall, Microsoft Outlook is a powerful and reliable platform, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The main challenge I’ve experienced is that it can feel a bit heavy or slow when handling a large volume of emails, especially when the inbox has many folders or attachments. Syncing across devices occasionally takes a few moments longer than expected, which can interrupt workflow at times.

The mobile app, while convenient, also has limited customization compared to the desktop version for example, certain advanced settings or add-ins are not available on mobile. Another small issue is that the interface can seem overwhelming to new users due to the number of features and options available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduling and Team Integration, But Email Search Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I use Microsoft Outlook daily to manage bid schedules, submission timelines, and stakeholder meetings. The calendar function helps me coordinate internal and client calls efficiently, often syncing with Teams to ensure smooth collaboration across departments. I rely on Outlook’s sorting, tagging, and filtering tools to prioritize bid-related emails, track approvals, and manage document exchanges. Our shared team inbox setup supports coordination on live bids by tagging colleagues for specific actions and categorizing communications by project stage. Outlook’s integration with other Microsoft tools helps automation and timely responses during proposal development. Overall, it is an essential tool for managing communication and deadlines across multiple concurrent bids. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One area where Microsoft Outlook could improve is its email search function. When managing multiple bids, I often need to locate specific messages, attachments, or threads quickly. The current search options are limited and sometimes return incomplete results. A more flexible and accurate search, ideally with AI-assisted features to filter by keyword, sender, or conversation type, would save time and help manage bid correspondence more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
