What do you like best about Flowscape?

Flowscape is a convenient platform for reserving office desks efficiently. It offers users the ability to manage their workspace requirements. The interface is user-friendly, easy navigation and booking processes. I can easily book my desk during the week day anytime I want, I just need to open the app through my PC or phone, choose my seat, book it then get a confirmation for my booking. And even receive a reminder email before one day of the actual booking date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowscape?

Sometimes it falls short in providing a reliable service due to frequent logging out of the device. I don't know why, but this issue was a bit repetitive. Also, many times it will ask for my credentials which is a bit annoying when I just did the booking 3 days ago for example. This wouldn't be the case if I logged in through their website. What do you like best about Flowscape?

To be able to see where my colleagues are located/sitting for the day. Could also be used to be able to find an free/empty desk, but that are normally not a problem at my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowscape?

Sometimes, for some users, the software doesn't seem to work (it doesn't show their location). And I can't get the app working on my phone (IT support has also tried to help me), it worked on my old phone but not on the new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowscape?

Recently I contacted Flowscape for my organization to setup a welcoming workspace party to the office since we have been working from home since early 2020. Since our organization was fully operating on WFH, Flowscape provided us with a splendid workspace which gave us a positive vibe and an excellent change in our usual work environment. It had fantastic COVID-Screening protocols, which involved temperature check, sanitization, resource provisioning, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
