What do you like best about Consensus?

The ease of use is what I like best. It’s really quick and easy to add a link to an email, and I can search through content in a matter of seconds to determine which demo is best to send to a customer. It quickly answers many of the customer’s questions upfront, which makes qualifying the customer much easier and far less time-consuming. Honestly, nothing really. It has only made the process quicker and gives customers much more information upfront without the need for additional resources. What do you like best about Consensus?

I think the most appealing aspect of the Consensus to me is that it is possible to provide individual demo experiences without arranging live calls. I have been working in a B2B software firm and we utilize it regularly in supporting our sales reps. The process of implementation was simplified, and the integration with Salesforce and HubSpot allows connecting the data on the demo activity with pipeline data easily. What do you dislike about Consensus?

The only thing that I dislike about Consensus is that the process of customizing demos may take more time than anticipated. At the time we rolled it out initially it took us longer than anticipated to prepare all the internal content. There are also some higher features that seem walled off by higher prices. Since we will be using it frequently, delay in updating demos will slow down our sales team. It has at times affected our response time in roll out of new product updates. What do you like best about Consensus?

I use Consensus for sending informative videos, demos, and trainings on Asana's multiple products and it has been great for convincing potential customers of how good our product is. It helps me get numerous meetings, close deals, and build rapport with customers. I love that it lets me know when customers have watched the videos I sent over, which is a key insight for following up, especially if I'm trying to sell someone an AI package. What do you dislike about Consensus?

I want to be able to bulk send to multiple people at the same time in a simpler way. Also, I wish that the video library was easier to navigate and that it was in sections. The video library could be made easier to navigate, in sections. It is great once you find things but being able to see a short clip of the video before you click in etc. For example, if you hovered over the video it started playing like on YouTube home page. When inviting people from different companies I need to do it separately and can't do it all in one go. It should be easier to send the same link to 20 different people and not be so manual.
