What do you like best about Consensus?

I really love it. I think it’s a strong asset to share with clients. It not only helps take some pressure off pre-sales teams by answering common questions and showcasing value upfront, but it also plays a key role in nurturing prospects who aren’t quite ready to engage directly yet. It gives them the space to explore at their own pace while still staying connected to a concrete project, which ultimately helps move conversations forward more smoothly when they’re ready. What do you dislike about Consensus?

I find that creating demo boards can be quite time-consuming, which can be a bit of a drawback when you need to move quickly. On the client side, the interface isn’t always very intuitive, especially when there are multiple themes in a single demo board, as it can be easy to miss or get lost between sections.

What do you like best about Consensus?

The ease of use is what I like best. It’s really quick and easy to add a link to an email, and I can search through content in a matter of seconds to determine which demo is best to send to a customer. It quickly answers many of the customer’s questions upfront, which makes qualifying the customer much easier and far less time-consuming. Honestly, nothing really. It has only made the process quicker and gives customers much more information upfront without the need for additional resources. Honestly the only real weakness or issue is that it's only as good as the content it contains - if your team hasn't uploaded any good quality demos to the library, it won't be particularly helpful. What do you like best about Consensus?

What I appreciate most is the exceptional ease of use for the sales team. The browser extension is a game-changer because it allows us to link demos directly to our emails, which prevents any loss of momentum. The ease of implementation was also a pleasant surprise; we were up and running very quickly. Furthermore, the level of granularity in the analytics is impressive; knowing exactly which segment a prospect watched and for how many seconds gives us the "summit" of their interest. What do you dislike about Consensus?

The main downside occurs when building a Demoboard with multiple use cases; the navigation isn't intuitive enough for the prospect to toggle between different demonstrations smoothly. Additionally, while the ease of integration with our CRM works, the backend library itself feels a bit disorganized. It would be a significant improvement if we could create custom folders to better categorize our assets. What I dislike most is the experience when sharing multiple demoboards. In practice, a lot of people only watch the first one and don’t realize they need to go to the top right to click into the others. Because of that, engagement across the full set of content is much lower than I’d expect, and the conversion rate ends up being really, really low. I like that Consensus is easy to use; it's pretty straightforward to create demos, put them into the demo library, and create demo boards. It gives me a lot of different functions and options as I go through the workflow, making it user-friendly. I also appreciate the option to share links with a thumbnail, which presents really well over email. Navigating through the demo or demo library can be a bit difficult, and sometimes the search function could be better.
