# Which identity resolution platform has the best match rates for an adtech or programmatic team that needs accurate audience identity across campaigns?

I'm researching which identity resolution platform has the best match rates for an adtech or programmatic team that needs accurate audience identity across campaigns, and would value input from people who actually run onboarding and activation. The hard part with a generic answer is that "good match rate" depends on your data and your destinations, so I wanted to see what programmatic reviewers say in practice. From the identity resolution category, here are five that come up for match quality and audience reach:

LiveRamp: Reviewers repeatedly mention onboarding CRM lists in a privacy-safe way and connecting into DSPs and partners for targeting. For programmatic teams, how did its match rate hold up against your first-party file size?

FullContact: Called out for API scale and identity resolution results, plus a pricing model reviewers like. Did the match depth cover the audiences you cared about, or were there gaps for niche segments?

OMNA from Stirista: Adtech reviewers specifically praise accuracy and identifying individuals at a strong match rate. Has anyone compared its match rate head to head with a bigger provider?

Epsilon COREid: Marketing reviewers mention it for validating and extending audience reach. How did identity accuracy look once campaigns were live?

Zeotap CDP: Highlighted for bridging offline and online data and syncing audiences to major DSPs. Did the offline-to-online match stay accurate at campaign scale?

For a team leaning heavily on offline data, Zeotap's bridge into a syncable audience for the major DSPs is the harder half of identity resolution in my experience. That part gets glossed over in favor of pure match-rate numbers.

LiveRamp is the name most associated with strong match rates for adtech and programmatic identity resolution, it's one of the most established players specifically in that space.

### Comment 3

On measuring "accurate" beyond the vendor number: a match rate is a recall figure, and the thing you actually care about is precision, which nobody reports. A wrong match still serves an impression, still counts as a reach point, and still shows up in the report looking identical to a right one, so there's no natural feedback signal telling you it happened. The only practical check I know of is seeding your file with records you're confident shouldn't resolve to anyone, then seeing how many come back matched. The OMNA reviewers calling out accuracy specifically is interesting for that reason, since accuracy and match rate are genuinely two different claims.

### Comment 4

For programmatic, it helps to separate match rate from usable reach. Across reviews LiveRamp is the default for pushing addressable audiences into the DSPs and it holds up, though onboarding and list processing run longer than teams plan for. Build in that lead time, and check how much reach survives accurate-match filtering.
