What do you like best about Letsignit?
Letsignit makes it easy to create, manage, and deploy branded email signatures across our entire organization. The centralized dashboard allows us to ensure consistency in design, legal disclaimers, and promotional banners, without needing to rely on each user to update their signature manually. The Office 365 integration is smooth, and the drag-and-drop design tools are user-friendly, even for non-technical team members. What do you dislike about Letsignit?
While the platform is generally reliable, we’ve encountered occasional syncing delays between the dashboard and end-user email accounts. Additionally, some formatting limitations within the design editor can be frustrating when trying to match very specific brand styling. It would also be helpful to have more flexible reporting or analytics on banner engagement. And sometimes when I reach support, it's located in Canada or very off times where I'm located, which is not their fault, but I thought I would put that on here. I really like the level of detail Letsignit offers in designing and deploying email signatures. It makes it quicker and easier to design initial signatures, adjust existing ones, and get them out to our team for use.
