Letsignit makes it easy to create, manage, and deploy branded email signatures across our entire organization. The centralized dashboard allows us to ensure consistency in design, legal disclaimers, and promotional banners, without needing to rely on each user to update their signature manually. The Office 365 integration is smooth, and the drag-and-drop design tools are user-friendly, even for non-technical team members. While the platform is generally reliable, we’ve encountered occasional syncing delays between the dashboard and end-user email accounts. Additionally, some formatting limitations within the design editor can be frustrating when trying to match very specific brand styling. It would also be helpful to have more flexible reporting or analytics on banner engagement. And sometimes when I reach support, it's located in Canada or very off times where I'm located, which is not their fault, but I thought I would put that on here. We tested six signature tools. The "must haves" were 1) short learning curve for end users, 2) can sync with Active Directory, 3) The signature will be attached email sent by cell phone.

Signatures for shared accounts. They still do not work properly. Their troubleshooting needs to improve as well as their communications in terms of when our account rep left, we were not informed and only found out when we reached out and our request bounced. Strange they didn't forward that email address as well...that is email 101 in my eyes.
