A better way of saying it is less customer service/robot speak, so it does set itself up differently than other platforms. In terms of UI/UX, it is very similar to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. I think performance-wise it may be slightly slower, but I have only tried the free version. I believe the ROI you would experience would definitely be determined by how you use the platform and how good you are in your prompts, **What do you dislike about Grok?** I think what it thinks is its best attribute is probably what most people dislike about it. The "freedom" it uses to think outside the guardrails and avoid being so constricting in what it says and does is a morally grey area. I think this is an issue with all AI, though, not just Grok. We have all heard the stories of these platforms encouraging their users to hurt themselves, which is dystopian to the nth degree. I really like how the AI lets you create moving images and videos. After just a few days of using it, Grok has become one of my favorites because it helps me understand things more easily and summarize long information that would otherwise take ages to get through into something much easier to digest. It also helps with a bunch of other things, and there’s an upcoming image editor that feels like a unique addition. I love the interface, especially the voice feature. **What do you dislike about Grok?** With each update, they seem to take away features and add more restrictions. When it first came out, it was great; now it’s just OK. Forget using the image feature more than a couple of times a day. Earlier, they made repairs and now everything is working better than before, especially after the update that caused all the problems. I’m very impressed with their response—the support they provided was fantastic and fast. I pay for my X too, but I don't want to be forced into super grog for $30 a month. That is a bit more pricey. **What problems is Grok solving and how is that benefiting you?** Grok is highly rated and recommended for idea-building. With Grok, I’ve been able to create multiple outlines for novels, imagine inventions of the future, and even get a third-party perspective on the traumas I experience in life. Visually, I’ve been impressed by the level of detail and realism in the image generation, even with minimal prompts. Of course, there are occasional mistakes, but my expectations are exceeded far more often than I’m disappointed. Even in text-only interactions, I find Grok mind-bogglingly competent—intelligent, helpful, and generally a fantastic tool. When it comes to integration with other tools, it helps a lot as well. ### 17.
