We experienced repeated bugs, especially on LinkedIn automation sequences, which required constant manual checking to ensure the system had not disconnected. Even worse, the tool kept sending messages to prospects even after they replied, despite the stop-rule being activated which created unnecessary stress, complaints from prospects, and damage to our brand image.
