Outlook is great for me because it integrates with the rest of the Microsoft environment like Teams and the M365 suite. It’s very easy to schedule meetings and the main feature, sending and receiving emails, has been really perfected over all of this time. They keep adding new features and integrations, so it’s constantly improving. I’m so used to it now that it’s like 2nd nature to use all of its tools and features. I think there are a few features missing from the new version of Outlook (such as the voting buttons for emails) that were in the old version. Some of these features were replaced with new ones (in the case of the voting buttons we now have polls), but I think they still have some work to do in order to get the new Outlook up to where the old one was.
