
I like that Pipedrive is very customizable, and we've been able to build it in a way that works for what we need. It allows us to keep our client list and prospect list organized and use it for traditional CRM functionalities, like keeping a database of all our leads, prospects, clients, and customers. Additionally, we've been able to use Pipedrive to keep track of projects, such as providing cost estimates, processing orders, and communicating with vendors. I use the email sync feature, which works very well and is very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the integration with some accounting programs like QuickBooks to be lacking or poor. Also, it would be nice to have a more live integration with Google Drive to input data easily and save it in Google Drive, and perhaps vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
