Overall, the benefit of using Outlook is that it integrates well into our company's communication structure. It's a ubiquitous tool across businesses everywhere, so the vast majority of people are familiar with its functions. For our company specifically, it's the common denominator between every department and the majority of our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the interface too rigid and almost too corporate. While I have used Outlook in every role throughout my professional life, I still need to reference Google or the help tools to figure out how to set up a feature that would streamline my workflow. In my opinion, if I have been using a tool for 20+ years, I should have a thorough understanding of every feature Outlook offers, and this is not the case.
