"Buggy integration with Act!"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

MS Outlook is office standard in the U.S., so having used it for many years, I have a relative ease of use. My work tends to be email intensive too -- not so much email marketing but sending personalized pitches to contacts - so I've always found MS Outlook quite good for managing email chains or searching for particular emails sent/trashed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

While using Act!, the integration with MS Outlook was periodically buggy and would require a work-around for templates or technical support. As a legacy user, tech support went from not being included in a one-time licensing fee, to being included in a yearly subscription, to not being included in an ever-increasing yearly subscription that costs significantly more for MS 365, which I use daily compared to Act!, which I do not use daily. "Okay but not entirely happy"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Obviously it's an email facility and therfore useful at what it does. It's simple to use, not overly complicated design and works 90% of the time with all accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

It can feel quite inflexible in the way that it can be personalised. There are folders that don't disappear and setting that don't seems to do what you ask among other things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bloat but integrated well with other office product."
2.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

One of the biggest advantages of Microsoft Outlook is its integration with other Microsoft products. you can easily access and manage emails, calendars, and contacts in the context of other tasks, such as word processing and spreadsheet work, using the familiar Microsoft Office interface. Additionally, Outlook integrates with popular services, such as Exchange and Office 365, allowing us to access emails and calendars from a wide range of devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

However, one potential drawback of Microsoft Outlook is its complexity. The software has a large number of features and tools, and it can be overwhelming for new users to learn how to use all of them effectively. Additionally, the software is only available as part of the Microsoft Office suite, so users have to purchase the entire suite to use Outlook, even if they only need the email and calendar features.
