"Microsoft Outlook Keeps Email, Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks Perfectly Organized"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like best about Microsoft Outlook is that it brings email, calendar, contacts, and task management into one place. It makes it easier to stay organized, schedule meetings, and manage priorities without switching between multiple applications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I wouldn't say I dislike Outlook, but one area that can be improved is how quickly the inbox can become cluttered when managing a high volume of emails. It sometimes takes time to organize messages and ensure important emails don't get buried. Fortunately, features like folders, categories, rules, and Focused Inbox help manage this effectively once they're set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well-Organized, Microsoft 365-Friendly Email Editing That Feels Like Word"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

It’s well organized and works great in a work environment. The best part is that it works with Microsoft 365, which is helpful in so many ways. Editing text—like you do in Word—is such a relief, especially when I’m writing emails and want to express my intention clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The only downside I’m facing right now is the notification badge. While I’m at work, it’s important to have the badge because it clearly shows how many emails are pending. However, after trying everything and doing some troubleshooting, nothing has changed—it’s still the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gen Z-Friendly Interface with Powerful Features That Beat Gmail"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Seriously, if I have to talk about the best thing about Outlook, it’s its interface. It feels very Gen Z. Apart from that, I think it’s far better than Gmail. It provides more options than Gmail and has more features. In our college, all emails are created on Outlook, and it makes it easy to mark important things. It also keeps messages away from spam and helps you stay organised compared to Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What i feel the thing that I dislike about the ui ux is it's interface feel cluttered mainly with reading paneer and folders , finding some email take more clicks than expected . Apart from this the its connects with most microsoft apps but it's non integration with some non microsoft apps feels less seamless . Performance - outlook feels slow when loading large mail boxes , many advanced features are tied up with Microsoft 365 which cause it more expensive for student . If you only use Outlook for email it will be less compelling compared to other apps , Account issues often required searching through document rather than direct suppo ai feature like copilot is interesting but not available for all user rt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Outlook Simplifies Work Communication""
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I use it daily to stay connected and updated at work. Few things I like most are:

- I got all audit updates, quality scores, rosters and KPI's directly in my inbox.

- Can directly raise complaints and suggestions to higher authorities through work mail.

- Calendar helps me track sessions and meetings easily.

- Search and Filters make finding old mails and reports quick and easy.

- AI Summarizes long mails in short points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

- Inbox gets cluttered with bulk mails, better auto categorization would help.

- App can be slow to load when syncing large number of mails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Email Sorting and Task Prioritization, but Attachment Limits Hold It Back"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

The most important feature I like in Microsoft Outlook is its mail-sorting capability, which helps me organize emails efficiently by date, sender, category, flag status, size, and importance. I can also prioritize my work in Outlook by sorting messages by flag status, importance, and date, so urgent emails, key items, and pending actions get handled first. Overall, Outlook boosts my productivity through seamless integration with Microsoft 365 tools, efficient email and task management, a strong return on investment, and reliable support with straightforward onboarding for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One limitation of Microsoft Outlook is its attachment size restriction, which is typically below 25 MB for desktop mail accounts. This can make it difficult to send large files directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable and convenient platform for emails & businesses communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook has helped me in better management of corporate networks. It is more than just a normal email app for me because it helps in managing my calender and meetings better. I like its clean features unlike other apps. It actually has helped me in keeping my more important and less important emails separate. I can access it anywhere and on any device Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I feel it serves offline constraints. It is less accessible and inconvenient in case of less internet bandwidth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Essential Email & Calendar Hub with Smooth Performance and AI Copilot"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

This is one Single application without which I can't function and it's an absolute necessity in ever organization. It keeps tracks of my calendar, my day schedule and need not to mention the primary mailbox stuff.

I really like it's UI, and also the accessibility features including switching to themes, classic and modern modes. The integration of it across any SMTP servers, my automation tools, teams and any office365 based apps.

The performance is pretty smooth with no lags. Also with AI Copilot integration the intelligence system is top noch and helps me drafts my email perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Trust me, I’ve never faced any major issues with Outlook, and I’ve never really felt the need for additional features.

The only problem I run into is with search. Sometimes, even when an email is definitely there, Outlook fails to find it and instead shows irrelevant emails based on the search text. It also occasionally doesn’t return older emails, especially ones that are more than two years old.

On my MacBook, Outlook also doesn’t display the extra mailboxes that have been set up as additional mailboxes; it only shows the primary mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Organization with Microsoft Outlook"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Outlook is how it combines email, calendar, and contacts in one platform. I can easily switch from reading messages to scheduling meetings, thanks to the Focused Inbox and strong search features that keep clutter at bay. The scheduling assistant makes finding meeting times with colleagues simple. It's reliable, syncs well across devices, and integrates with Teams and OneDrive. While it may not be flashy, it effectively helps me stay organized and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook has potential but often feels slow and bloated, especially with many emails and add-ins. While its settings and rules are powerful, they can be confusing and require too many clicks for simple adjustments. Features like Focused Inbox and automated filters may misclassify important messages. Although the search function is usually reliable, it can be slow and inconsistent. Additionally, calendar invites and device syncing can lead to issues like time zone errors and duplicate reminders. Overall, the app can feel overwhelming for those seeking a simpler experience. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Email and Calendar Hub That Keeps Multiple Accounts Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook is very intuitive and can be linked to many different Microsoft applications, and even to non-Microsoft apps. It’s a great way to manage all my emails, even when they aren’t Microsoft emails. I manage around five email accounts through Outlook, and everything stays nicely organized, so I can switch between them seamlessly. The calendar is the best tool for keeping me on track during the day; I honestly can’t organize all my meetings without it. It also links smoothly to Teams, so I can join virtual meetings right from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One downside is customization. If you’re someone who likes your email to look a certain way, there really isn’t much you can do to change it. There are dark and light modes, but that’s about it. Like with most apps, you also have to spend some time adjusting the settings to make it work best for you, such as adding a signature or setting your personal preferences for how you reply to or forward emails.
